After a couple of errors by the Accounts Dept - which Johns acknowledged on discovery- I have been hugely impressed by a Junior Client Account manager called Jay Tran.

He has been extremely efficient dealing with the number of queries I’ve raised, has got to the problems straight away and I have been very impressed by him. As a lawyer I recognise a professional service when I experience one.

I lived at Mercier Court for a year. I am very grateful for Peter’s help during this time. He consistently acted as a liaison between me and the landlord and was always patient in responding to my emails. Now that I have moved out, he is doing everything he can to assist me in getting my security deposit returned. I truly appreciate his help.

I started using Johns&Co in July 2021 as my representative for searching tenants, receipt of rent and property management. The team members have always been professional and helpful and this saved me from any troubles. We have recently concluded the third tenancy agreement handled by Candice and Federico. They have been very efficient in finding new tenants and in concluding all related documentations. The new tenants were able to move in within a few days after the last tenants moved out from the apartment.

Thomas Chan and Skye Champbell have been very helpful and supportive in managing a challenging tenancy situation. They have taken my concerns seriously, followed up on my behalf and helped clarify the next steps. Thomas, in particular, has made a real effort to obtain answers and keep me informed, which I really appreciate.

had a really good experience with Isobel and Marzaan while securing my new rental property. things moved at lightning speed with their help.
