Ella Maynard - and her predecessor Charlie House - are faultless. Always charming and efficient and nothing ever too much trouble .

Awful management of the property. Monthly cleaning and gardening service bills paid for service not delivered (they do not check what months service was delivered or not, for example), pointless quarterly site visits: they lead to no action, documents sent with errors.. The list is endless. The assigned manager responds to emails quickly, but the conversations are pointless, leading to nowhere. Shocking service from those operating in Surbiton.

We have recently moved into a new flat managed by Dexters. Ella has been very helpful as we have settled in, helping with a few issues very promptly.

Chloe Curd was exceptional, I had a hard situation with my passport being stolen. Chloe helped me navigate the situation and was incredibly understanding and helpful each step of the way taking a lot of the stress and pressure off. I’ve had 3 experiences with estate agents in the Uk since moving here and Dexters stands above the rest. The other two didn’t care at all but you can tell Dexters actually cares and goes the extra mile. Couldn’t recommend her and the team more. Exceptional service.

And our initial experience with Dexter’s, was hit or miss for quite some time through our first letting- however, Sacha seriously came to the rescue and helped us with a number of large issues that the previous tenants caused. Sacha has regained my trust in Dexter’s and I’m happy she is able to support us through this next tenancy.
