I recently sold two properties in Balham. Tom Dabell (Senior Sales Consultant) and his team were very knowledgeable of the area and were able to give good advice. Tom was most helpful and kept a close eye on progress and feedback. Kelly Sims (Manager) also acted as a liaison person between Jacksons and the purchaser. I had not experienced this service before but found it really smoothed the way forward and certainly helped to speed up the sale process. Well done Jacksons!

My review relates specifically to my property manager Aimee Raval, who recently went above and beyond to help me with an administrative issue. The issue required my tenants to drop something to the Jacksons office, and when they were unable to do this, Aimee kept in regular contact with me, and eventually went to the property herself to fix the issue and saved me a lot of stress. I can't thank her enough for how helpful she was, and continues to be in her role.
I am incredibly grateful that is managing my property.

We've had a great experience recently with Aimee Raval managing our property. Since December specifically when our oven broke, Aimee made sure we were sorted with a brand new oven promptly in time for Christmas which was a life saver! Great and friendly communication at all times, Aimee has been super reliable so a big shout out to her! Thank you!

Chloe Lee at Jackson’s, is really fantastic for tenancy management. Based on my experience with her she’s proactive and supportive and is always quick to respond. I could safely say she is the best tenancy manager I have had in all my years of renting :)

Have been working with Jackson for some time now and they have been great at all the services provided as letting agency and for sale/buy queries. They know the market well and always helpful with queries. Highly recommend them, especially Emma from the rental team.

When I first moved in, I experienced a few hiccups in the flat that made it slightly difficult to fully settle in and feel at home. Tanai was incredibly kind, responsive, and efficient in handling all my back-to-back requests, no matter the issue. Thanks to her consistent support and professionalism, I now truly feel at home.

I've been using Jacksons as my letting agent for my portfolio for many years now. I am really impressed and grateful to Puneet Mann and Martina Brooks-Davidson for their help in solving a complicated and urgent deposit claim matter recently. Their involvement meant that I didn't have to go through the pain of the Deposit Scheme tribunal. If everyone could be as responsible and quick-thinking as they were, my life would be so much easier! It was great to have Bailey Gibbons from tenancy changes. She was swift with replies and she was active with communication, which is super helpful.

we knew of Round and Jackson just from word of mouth so to find our first home was with them we were very happy, such an easy process, answered all of our questions at first with Holly and then Tracey. we had friends purchasing there first house as well at the same time through someone else and they were full of stress where our whole process was efficient and as easy as a first purchase can be!

My experience was that the focus was almost entirely on fees rather than service. From the outset there was strong pressure to sign contracts, followed by continued pressure to pay additional charges. I was also presented with documentation and demands that appeared designed primarily to secure commission, rather than to deal fairly with the end of the tenancy.

The service itself was extremely disappointing. In several instances, costs were added without prior discussion or clear approval, which I found unacceptable. Communication was rigid and dismissive when concerns were raised.

The internal complaints process felt ineffective and appeared to go nowhere, leaving me with no option but to escalate the matter to The Property Ombudsman.

Overall, a very negative experience. I would advise others to proceed with caution and read everything very carefully.

Have not used Jackson's before, but may I say, Claudia has been excellent. Going above and beyond what I would normally expect from an agent... So, full marks.

great to work with . Jacksons are my agent as I rent my flat out whilst I'm living overseas. Ana managed a refurb project for me. She provided cear communication, actions were followed up quickly, Ana was very patient and flexible when things changed and I appreciated her advice through the process. Thank you so much Ana, it's good to know my place is in good hands.

I would leave a zero if I could. Very shady behaviour from them which wasted our time.

Kimberly was an amazing property manager and nothing was ever too much trouble. I had a lot of queries but she always went above and beyond to help resolve each query in a quick and timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Jacksons Estate Agents and especially Kimberley for doing an outstanding job.

My tenant left my flat in a mess and owning rent.
Gill from lettings was really supportive listening to my worries and concerns giving me great advise and helping me with the council tax. meter readings, cleaning and getting my deposit back.
Gill got the flat re rented in record time fantastic work Gill. I would highly recommend Gill and all the team at Jackson Noon's now Northwood.

David has, thus far, been a helpful property manager for us - diligent, professional and communicative.

Kim has consistently demonstrated efficiency and excellent communication throughout the duration of our tenancy.
