They were great help and helped me find a place to live very quickly and with ease

We had a great experience working with Natalie Craddock at Keatons during our tenancy. She was consistently helpful, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout the entire process. Even after we had moved out and were no longer tenants, Natalie replied within the hour and got everything sorted quickly and without any fuss. That level of support, even after the tenancy had ended, really stood out. I really appreciated her professionalism and would highly recommend her.

When I bought the property through Keaton's in 2017, they had failed to have the contract sorted with the tenants and the owners (they were friends). Agreed sale in April, moved in 1 day before December because of this.
I sold the house in 2025 (July 1st) and didn't move until February 10th 2026.
Why?
Because one of their estate agents decided it was a good idea to give advice on leasehold extension law (incorrectly too, which caused the delay) to the buyers. They also told me a different option, which is incredible, mind boggling, etc.

Natalie Craddock was incredibly helpful to me as a landlord in communicating with my tenant and making sure to efficiently get a lease in place that everyone was happy with. Thanks, Natalie!

How I wish I had chosen Keatons as managing agent for my flat in Shoreditch ten years ago!
My previous agent (no names) was utterly useless, kept finding me DREADFUL tenants who failed to pay rent on time (and the agent was supposed to collect on my behalf and it was I who had to do all the chasing!). My final tenant completely trashed the flat and my agent was no help at all.
Keatons have been absolutely brilliant and now I couldn't be happier.

Terrible experience and waste of time.
Can’t say much more. Everything takes far too long and when it happens it’s wrong.

Tariq Hussain manages the property we currently rent, and our experience with him has been excellent. Tariq has always been extremely helpful and responsive to any queries we’ve had. Whenever urgent repairs were needed, he arranged them quickly and kept us updated throughout the process.

Tariq is also very proactive in maintaining the standard of the property, which gives us real peace of mind as tenants. He is approachable, professional, and reliable.

We feel very fortunate to have our tenancy managed by Keatons Bow, and especially by Tariq Hussain. His support has made our renting experience smooth and positive.
