I have been a tenant of keatons for over 3 year. for the whole if this time the have been very poor agents. frequently getting information wrong. miss managing finances. being slow to respond or impossible to contact. If you are thinking of renting a property manged by Keatons I would highly recommend you think again. it is not worth the stress and hassle.

My whole experience with Keatons Stratford was excellent and very smooth! Both Gosia in the beginning and Natalie at the end were extremely helpful!

I have been using Keatons as the managing agents for the letting of my property for several years. I have always found them very professional. In particular the property manager assigned to my property, Natalie Craddock has been very communicative and responsive with any issues. All requests have been handled promptly and any questions that I have asked are answered quickly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable property management company.

We had a great experience with Keatons throughout our tenancy application. Joel was very helpful from the initial viewing and kept us informed throughout the process. When Joel was away, Shani took over our application and was fantastic. She was very responsive, understanding of our situation, and took the time to help us work through the referencing process. Her communication was clear and she always kept us updated, which made what could have been a stressful process much easier.
