I would like to publicly thank Viltaute Paulauskaite MARLA, the Regional Head of Client Accounts at Thornley Groves, for her outstanding professionalism, patience and perseverance over almost a full year in helping us resolve a difficult tenant matter.

Throughout this period, Viltaute held weekly calls with us to update us on progress and discuss strategies. She tried a range of different approaches to communicate with the tenant, always providing sound professional advice and remaining calm and constructive even when progress was slow. What stood out most was her determination never to give up.

Thanks to her dedication and persistence, we were finally able to bring the matter to a successful resolution. We are extremely grateful for her support and would highly recommend her.

Overall, my experience of the quality of this agent has not been high, with:

- errors of both fact and law having been made, in the various and conflicting pieces of advice I have received,

- undue delay in responding to email communication/issues raised,

- lack of expected levels of professionalism, in my view,

particularly in the last couple of years.

One notable exception to this is the work done on my behalf by Chloe Jewell, who I found to be a problem solver, proactive and efficient. But for her picking my case, this review would have scored an even lower rating - I would be happy to give Chloe 4 stars (I can’t score more, because I don’t have a very long working history to go on)

Ms. Katie Garner is the most trustworthy and professional person that I ever met in my past 30 years commercial career life. She is such an incredible person to take care any lengthy unsolved complicated cases including maintenance and deposit, proved that she is so invaluable to the company and the customers, and was truly professional to go deep into root causes correctly and solve problems in an immediate manner. Her professional, reliable and from heart's working style and attitudes not only apply to particular company or industry, it applies for any other commercial areas that needs an invaluable human resource. I had a viewing today with Kelly M!

This has been the best viewing I have had EVER ( please read the full review for details as I am going full mode here).

I am a First Time buyer, but I have been renting for 10 years so I know the drill. Every single time it's the same case - usually agents are late, they allocate 10-15 minutes to view the whole property or book everyone at the same time often not knowing anything about the property at all.

I have been trying to find my first and maybe forever home for quite a bit. Today (31/10/2026) I had 6 viewings in total one after another one with difference agencies and almost all of them have been appalling and just awful. Agents do not know the service charge or ground rent, provide misleading answers, agents do not know anything about Section 20 or EWS1 certificate and so on and on. I had a few of them being late and one was late 1h and lied to me to be stuck in traffic while she walked out the building from a show around and said she's got other places to be and cancelled mine in front of me (and if this had been difference maybe my choice would have been different.

Kelly was the opposite and has exceeded all my expectations:.
- She arrived earlier to the appointment and already waited for me.
- She greeted me with a huge smile.
- She knew everything about the property like: neighbourhood and neighbours themselves, parking, utilities, the area, the history of the flat and literally answered every single question I possibly had about the flat.
- She let me in walk and do my wander giving me personal space ( trust me this does not happen often as other agencies viewers here literally breathing down my neck ).
- She asked about my situation and made amazing recommendations overall. She pointed the strong selling points of the flat and it really looked like she knows what she's doing and she's doing in great.
- I also had longer that the average 10 minutes, I think I was there around 20-25 and the best think is that I told Kelly what I want to do and what I need to do. She kept me in the timeframe loop and while I was recording she was giving me heads up ( as agreed ) how much time do we have left to ensure I take it all in and to ensure that I see every corner of the flat - believe me or not but for buying your first property at my (young) age, solo, in 10 minutes timeframe with agents constantly talking over you and breathing down your neck and interrupting videos.... - absolutely not.

And best of all ( please don't laugh I am still trying to figure out the whole buying process ) - because my mum could not accompany me, Kelly went above and beyond and helped me make top tier pictures and videos of the property by assisting me with holding the door and staying out of the way at the same time and just being supportive with every single bit.

And the overall experience, the warmth, the fact how knowledgeable she way, full of empathy and everything else made me actually want this property even more so I put in an offer the same day (hopefully I'll be accepted).

Some people forger that not only the flat is important but the first impression too - I saw flats that I wanted straight away but the other awful experiences I had with other agencies made me actually get the so called "ick" and just go elsewhere. And maybe it was for the best because if not his I wouldn't have seen this one.

I wanted to say big thank you to Kelly and the team who organised it - I appreciate the effort and I am grateful for the time.

Karen attended to me. She was very pleasant and gave me all the information I needed, I felt relaxed as she wasn’t hovering over me as some agents do. It was really good service.

I have recently been working alongside Delci, assisting with the maintenance of the Waymark and TIC properties. Her knowledge of the property industry, professionalism and willingness to help have been outstanding. She has been incredibly supportive throughout, and I would highly recommend Thornley Groves for their excellent service and support.

Grace Edmundson has this week stepped in at short notice and been most efficient in closing off an issue. However the big picture based on 14 years with TG is that service has always been patchy. This appears to be contributed to by high turnover staff so staff do not get to know the tenant or landlord and also a result of TG appearing to be much departmentalised with departments not having a picture of the tenancy when acting. For example TG hold all the information relating to the central heating servicing arrangements but find it easier to ask the landlord instead of checking their files.

Lucy Clegg was so helpful recently when assisting us with our queries. We pushed back on a suggestion from Thornley Groves but she gave us some sound advice and helped us understand more of the situation. Exactly what we needed.
