I need some work done to the flat im renting been here for many years and the company has been great on keeping me upto date with the work that will be carried out within the next month or so, the staff are so friendly, would definitely recommend

I just wanted to give a major shoutout to several members of staff at DJ Alexander. Cameron, who showed me around the first property, left me to my own devices but was approachable and best of all very easy to communicate with. Jennie who spent ages listening to a list of challenging requirements, gave us her honest thoughts and went above and beyond any sort of expectations I had set in my head. Chris as well was very informative during a different visit, gave me plenty of time to ask as many daft questions as I liked. Natalie who was very proactive in keeping in touch with the status of our applications. Overall I'm really appreciative of every single one of them. Thank you!

Holly was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. She explained everything clearly, was very professional, and showed the property brilliantly. She answered all my questions and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Her communication and support were excellent, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It's a welcome thing these days when one deals with actual people at a company, not AI bot call centre nonsense, nor a revolving door of folks who have no personal history with regular contacts like me.
DJ Alexander appears to understand the value of keeping good pros in consisten roles and special mention here goes to Caroline Connelly who is an exemplar of dealing with both tenants and landlords.
Just what we need!

Found my little home thanks to Charlotte Findlay- I was a little apprehensive as I am disabled and my mobility issues really make a move quite daunting but Charlotte was really great and kept in constant communication with me. From the viewing to picking up the keys she was always available and responded quickly. Its now only a week and already feel settled - Thank you so much for everything.

Connor Quinn handled my inspection and reported an issue with the doorphone promptly, getting a technician booked to deal with it within 24 hours.

I had quite a bad experience selling. My senior sales agent did not really advise me in the way I was expecting, and altogether it was not a pleasant process. But it could have just been me, nevertheless very disappointing.

I have received exceptional service in the letting and releletting of a flat in Aberdeen from the Aberdeen office of DJ Alexander. The individuals who assisted me were Gill Annand and Tracey Turner. Both went above and beyond and provided first class service which meant a hassle free lease exit and entry for my wife and I as landlords. Would highly recommend both individuals.

Zero stars! Previously a tenant of Littlejohns, for the last 3 years with zero problems.
Then DJA acquired littlejohns, and a change of property owner.
Ever since then, poor communication, a plethora or maintenance issues and infestation of mice with zero real effort to remove. Emails ignored, if a response is given it’s in such a tone of contempt, any effort to stand up for your rights is met with “as per this clause” “as per your contract” no humanity, no compassion, cold, uncaring and only cares for money.
Dealing with DJA has destroyed my mental health and impaired my recovery from healing from life saving surgery peacefully. Living with mice whilst vulnerable, windows that don’t close properly? No thank you. Submitted my notice, I’ll be free of them this month.
If you’re chronically ill or disabled, AVOID.

From our first communication with our agent Sarah McIntyre to completion was only 79 days. Within a couple of days of enquiring she had come round to our property, explained how the process would look and did a great job answering our questions and concerns. During the selling process she was always on hand to provide both feedback and advice whenever we asked and having someone to do the viewings on our behalf was amazing. Ultimately we couldn't have asked for a smoother experience at what can be a pretty stressful time, not to mention getting a great price for the property too

We had a great experience ending our tenancy with Jessica at Aberdeen. Communication was very thorough and always prompt. We had no difficulty with the process.

Ellen who conducted the inspection made sure to follow up on the issues raised and informed me of the current situation.
