Boardwalk have been absolutely great. I'm a first time buyer so didn't know much about the process but from the viewing up until exchange Ruby has been excellent at supporting by answering questions, calls etc. and liasing with both sides to keep things moving forward. Honestly has been spot on and so easy, transparent and straight forward would recommend to everybody

From the initial valuation right through to completion, Anna and Ruby at Boardwalk have made the whole sales process seamless. They’re extremely professional and will go an extra mile if needed - like making sure a postal delivery is collected during a viewing. I’ve always felt like they have my back, which is really useful in what can be quite a pretty stressful situation.

Ruby and Rhia could not have been more helpful in this whole process, they are exceptional good at their jobs and I’d highly recommend them to anyone buying/selling property, they managed the end to end process very smoothly

First we worked with Tom who clearly cares deeply about what he does, and listened to all our thoughts and concerns. He was easily contactable, punctual and personable. Our house sold before it was even officially put on the market!

Once we had accepted an offer Ruby was brilliant and keeping us in the loop in terms of where everyone in the chain was, and getting exchange and compete dates nailed down.

My review relates to my experience with Boardwalk in months March to May this year. In late March I invited 6 local agencies to value my property. Cameron’s excellent knowledge of the local market, backed by a portfolio of locally sold properties that were relevant to my house, stood out by a mile. His presentation of Boardwalk sales abilities, online and paper marketing materials, professionalism and approachability reassured my confidence in the valuation and the proposed sales strategy. This was swiftly followed by high quality photography and brochure that enticed immediate interest and resulted in offer from a well matched buyer before the property even reached the open market.
This was followed by a period of time where Ruby closely worked with my solicitors to get me through conveyancing, through to exchange and completion shortly after. Ruby was very approachable and proactive in her dealings with any query I had and supported me in resolving issues I encountered.
This was by far the smoothest house sale I ever experienced, and I have experienced many of those to date. No hassle, no delays, dealing with enthusiastic and eager to help people taking interest and pride in their work.

Ruby was brilliant throughout our house purchase and as first time buyers we really appreciated her warm and supportive attitude. She consistently chased the chain and kept us updated almost every week with progress. We wouldn’t have completed so quickly in a chain without her!
