At first it took a few times to figure out how to explain what I wanted in the Bobblehead I ordered. Once they understood, the company was very responsive & quick in their turn around times. Honestly, when I realized this was being made in China & that there was a 12 hour time difference, I had my concerns. This company turned out to be true artists in this craft & were committed to quickly finishing this project & pleasing me at the same time. I have high expectations & they met every one. I would definitely recommend this company. I can't wait for my son to see this gift. It will be the best gift he receives on his wedding day... besides the bride of course! Make sure you have a really clear picture (which I didn't do) & keep the time in mind. Have fun!!!

Sales person did not attempt to "up sell".
Artists sent 3 different proofs, and the product was delivered in roughly 1/2 the estimated time.

For the occasion of my Daughter's 15th Wedding Anniversary, I had a custom BobbleHead created of her Husband (my Som-in-Law), based on 4 somewhat low-resolution photos (front,back,sides). I also added: glasses, holding a cell phone, matching his clothes (checkered shirt, blue jeans).
With four reviews, the final was dispatched ON TIME!!
I intend to have another made for Son-on-Law #2!!!

Excellent custom bobbleheads. Each of the bobbleheads that I purchased were done professionally and are very closely representative of the individuals I ordered.

We thought we were ahead of the game when we ordered a Bobblehead for our Mum for Chirstmas in Oct of last year, 2013; after many back and forths with the company, during which they failed to respond to our emails and phone calls on more than a dozen occasions, we received it over five months later (April 7th, 2014).
Do not order from this company.

I had two bobble heads created. One was a retiring friend and the artist nailed it! There was a slight communication problem wherein the second subject - a dog - was actually placed alongside the human subject. This was soon corrected and the dog was completed. The animal was not as good as the head was a bit large but that's not so bad nor uncommon in these dolls. The coloring on the animal was near perfect. Good communications with progress photos along the way . I would do it again if the situation arises.

A whole group of doctors and nurses go on a ski trip every year. This one doctor has been getting us together for years. I had seen a Bobblehead in Las Vegas and this doctor came to mind. He does so much for people I just thought I had to bring one to our next ski trip. Working with your group was a very happy experience but I did get nervous when the Bobblehead came just 24 hours before we left on our trip. I think my wife will be the next one I have made. Thank you for a great job done.

I just gifted bobble head to my love whose happiness really means for me.........When she opened the box and she smiled the way i felt she got all the happiness ............ I really felt like in a heaven.......... awesome work HD... You made my relation more stronger than ever........

I was disappointed when I told of changes and things I wanted more than one time that I was ignored. Finally, I said the hey with It and accepted.

The clay bobblehead we requested came out great. The base it sat on was not so great. The paint job was skimpy. Looked like it needed another coat of paint. The lettering on the base looked better on the proof than it did in person. It will serve the purpose of what we need, but we will have to re paint the base.

It also had a ton of bubblewrap in shipping to avoid breakage, but I believe some of the bubblewrap may have moved some of the paint off.

No words can describe the overall feeling when I entered the reception hall and seen how beautiful my centerpieces were! Imagine each table with a custom bobblehead doll of me and my soul mate. The dolls came out FANTASTIC. Paul at Bobblemaker.com took my vision and ran with it! Way beyond my expectations and definitely will use them in the future for gifts.

My guests that won the centerpieces were so happy to take home the bobbleheads with them.

Paul was great to work with. I am so happy that my best friend told me about them when she did!!!
