Wonderful experience with face yoga ttc. Training was well structured. I could see changes in my face within 3 weeks like reduction in puffiness, reduced dark circles, smooth skin etc. Definitely a game changer!

I felt really fresh and energetic internally after doing the laghu sankha prakshalana session on last Saturday. Dhanya Mam was really great host and trainer during this session. I recommend each and every one to join this detox session.

i did 200hr yoga teacher training course in Bodhi School of Yoga.Each class feels balanced and refreshing. learnt a lot from the course. classes are well planned and organised. Himaank sir and vishal sir helped us to gain the knowledge.
