The sessions were amazing with jana sir as he is a very knowledgeable person and is patient with us. This journey has been a beautiful one as now I’m able to concentrate better on my tasks. Would have loved if the course was longer as this time frame can never be enough to process so much knowledge.

what a blissful and knowledgeable journey. The trainers are really sweet and they really helped me a lot to explore one of my hobbies i.e, yoga. The things I learnt along with having a lot of fun is now a memory I would cherish forever. It gave me a lot of confidence and made me feel prepared to tackle any situation cuz yoga is not just about asanas. It teaches us the way to live the life and not simply spend it.
