Bodhishishu offers exactly what the kids today need. Bodhishishu emphasise on emotional well-being and intelligence as the primary objectives of the meditation which I found very practical. There is no unnecessary philosophy or religious ideas that are brought in which keep the programs highly practical to see tangible results. I strongly recommend this to every kid on the planet.
