Hello,I have been learning meippadam since last two years. Throughout the session, the Aasan Priya emphasized the importance of mindfulness in executing techniques effectively. We practiced sequences that challenged our coordination and reflexes, gradually building our confidence.
By the end of the class, I felt that, meipaddam class not only improved my physical coordination but also deepened my appreciation for the holistic approach to ancient physical fitness arts training. It was a rewarding journey into the ancient art form, leaving me eager to continue refining my skills and understanding of Meipaddam in future sessions.The karlakattai movements were precise and powerful.
Throughout the class, Aasan Priya provided detailed explanations of each technique, highlighting the importance of balance, timing, and focus. We practiced various forms and combinations, gradually building our skill and confidence.
