Debating Product Validity

Update! Received some of the figures I ordered yesterday and, although sturdy, the female figure's wrist snapped when I tried to swap hands on her for the first time. In talks with the site to have it replaced or refunded. Also, I was sent the wrong figure but they are working to remedy that.

Update! They reached out to me apologizing for the [COVID related] delay and even offered a promo code for my order. Placing order and will update review when it arrives. Might even do an unboxing.
2nd Update. Faith in the company increased. While reviewing my order, they noticed I made a mistake in ordering and reached to verify. Honestly can't wait for the figures to arrive!

Was emailing back and forth with the Customer Service Email Address about the products and when I asked a question about the Official Bandai Stamp being on the Bandai Body Kun they say they sell (as they emailed previously saying that they are selling a new version of the Body Kun/Chan that isn't a Bandai product, which brought about this question.)
After asking this, I haven't heard back from them and now it's about a week. Before this, their responses were expedient and thorough, which now raises the question of the validity of their products (especially considering all of the Body Kun/Chan knockoffs floating around.)
I am hoping that I am wrong and will be waiting for a correspondence from them. Depending on what happens, whether they answer and I buy their product or not, I will update my rating of my experience.
