We opened a corporate account with BoF Assets Ltd to facilitate international payments and cross-border transactions. At first, onboarding was smooth, but when it came to fund withdrawals, the experience changed dramatically.

Despite multiple formal requests, BoF Assets Ltd has refused to release a significant amount of client funds, without providing a clear or consistent explanation. Over several months, the company introduced shifting requirements, ambiguous compliance conditions, and delayed responses — all without any meaningful communication or timeline.

Only after escalation to authorities did we receive a list of documentation allegedly required under AML compliance, months after the fact. This raises serious concerns about the transparency and intent behind their internal processes.

We fully understand and support the importance of anti-money laundering safeguards. However, in our experience, these procedures were invoked retroactively, without warning, and appeared to be used as a justification for indefinite delays.

To date, the funds remain unreleased. We are currently reviewing the situation with legal and regulatory experts in Canada and abroad.

We strongly encourage any prospective client to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence before transacting with this company.

Update — August 2025
Since posting this review, our legal representatives formally submitted a written claim to BoF Assets Ltd demanding immediate resolution. This official communication has been ignored.

As of now, we are actively preparing to initiate legal proceedings in relevant jurisdictions, including Canada, where the company is registered. The refusal to cooperate or even respond to legitimate legal demands further reinforces our concerns about the company’s conduct.

We again urge any potential client to proceed with extreme caution. In our experience, BoF’s operations appear inconsistent with the standards expected of a regulated financial institution.

We remain committed to pursuing all legal remedies to recover the withheld funds and to ensure accountability for their actions.

Good experience, but slow and not usefull for me at this time

Avoid. They have no contact details on the website- only e-mail form. When I checked they are not even regulated by any entity in Canada or anywhere for that matter.

Looks like a scam company.
