Great service, great communication and a fabulous job carried out for my mum. She is absolutely delighted with the work carried out and is delighted with all the workmen who carried out the installation of her boiler and insulation. Thank you very much. I would definitely recommend Boilergenie to all my friends and family. They had to send an engineer back to explain everything again to my elderly mum and this was not a problem for them. My boiler broke down and I contacted Boiler Genie to see what they could do to help me. They were brilliant from Emma in the office to the workmen. I secured loft insulation, vents and a new boiler due to a government scheme. It cost £500, which is a great price for what I got. I would highly recommend Boiler Genie. Don't hesitate to contact them.

Very reliable and have been helpful even during out of hours. I had a leak from my boiler during the Xmas period and had left a voicemail and one of the engineers called within the hour and was able to advice what to do.

Cold caller came to our door and as I was about to leave gave him a couple of minutes to explain what he was selling apparently it was a government scheme to replace inefficient boilers. I was a bit sceptical at first but agreed to get a survey done. Simon came out on week 1 Dave came out week 2 week 3 Danny fitted the boiler. All done with excellent communication from Ally in the office through the surveys and the fitting. I would 100% recommend Boiler Genie.
