Contacted to arrange survey at my property. Survey completed yesterday after 2 hours checking property and made various recommendations with a great price. Delighted until I received a phone call the next morning stating that there was no funding in my area. Surely this was known before survey visit
. Extremely disappointed.

We use Boilergenie annually for boiler service & gas safety inspection, we have had few issues over the years with our boiler that we could not resolve, last week we had no hot water or heating Liam attended managed to get hot water back on, new circuit board had to be ordered for boiler he asked if we would needed blow heater to keep us warm while waiting on part, boiler was fixed and job was complete within 4 working days. The Team are considerate, knowledgeable very experienced Tradesmen working alongside helpful & efficient office staff, very good value for money thank you to Liam & The Team for attending and resolving as quick as possible.

Highly recommend boiler genie . they got me a grant that got me a FREE air source heat pump , solar panels , insulation, new radiators and some vents and fans and I’m not a penny out of pocket . Office staff are really helpful and the fitters done a brilliant job . Thanks again

Do not take anything to do with these cowboys. I have been patient with them to get this accepted government grant they say they have. I was due to get it installed tomorrow 14/8/24 and after me leaving a message trying to find out time of arrival, the said owner called to say they just received email about grants being cut yet again, this happened before this. He then said he'd call with an update before 12pm. Never received the call. I then called and he said I was to give him 10 mins and he'd call me, after 30 mins still waiting, I called and left message on his VM which has not been responded to. They really are giving false advertising on stv etc

Boilergenie was absolutely amazing! Scott, who did the initial survey knows his stuff and advised but also listened to what I wanted and tried to compromise where possible. Danny, Alan and Sean who came to install the heat pump and did all the plumbing work were friendly, considerate and so polite. They even hoovered after they'd finished! The Electrician and his team who installed the solar panels were very efficient and kept me in the loop and the insulation guys were quick and efficient too. All rubbish was taken away when they were finished and they made sure all the time that I knew what was happening and what stage they were at.
A special shout out to the staff in the office! Amazing customer service! They called when they said they would, they informed me of any issues and what they were going to do about them and everything was sorted without any issue. They ALWAYS answer the phone which isn't something you can say about many companies nowadays and were always friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this company 10/10

The whole experience from planning to carrying out the work, has been fantastic! Everyone who has been involved from the customer service team to the survey, managing the work (loft insulation, heat pump install and solar) and the teams who have carried it out have been really friendly, professional and efficient! Extra shout out to Scott and his team, Kenny, Martin & Ryan who did a brilliant job installing the heat pump system. I felt completely at ease and they made an extra effort to ensure I understood everything being done and that I was ok with each stage of the process. Overall, fantastic experience!

arrived on time for boiler service and carried out work efficiently and without fuss . I have had a few services now and never any complaints great service all round

From the moment that the survey was done until the jobs were completed.boiler genie kept me informed and updated on arrival times which the team were always on time.very professional and were clean and tidy and very efficient.coudnt fault them.

Every one of the guys doing the insulation / boiler / boiler controls / vents and extractor fans were amazing on both days. Very pleasant, friendly and left very little mess. Would highly recommend.

Excellent workers all the work was done in one day. From the original survey to instillation of a new boiler , loft insulation, extractor fans in both kitchen and bathroom, also window vents .
The team were polite efficient and professional throughout. I can not recommend Boiler geni enough.

Highly recommend, currently in the middle of moving from a flat to a home and sprung upon us last minute that we need a gas safety certificate to sell our current property and within just a couple of days it was sorted and the boiler serviced, customer service was second to none!

Boiler genie are a really well run company, the work they do is a fantastic high quality. I dealt with the teams installing: insulation, ventilation and a new heating system, they all turned up on the day it was planned. They can be left to their own devices and get the job done quickly. They have a great supoort team as well so whenever you call you speak to fantastic people who look to get your issues sorted. If you are tired of people saying they will do something then not doing it... Ask boiler genie to do it instead!!

Boiler serviced on Friday, some of my radiators were bled, but wasn’t sure how to top up water in boiler, your service engineer showed me where taps were underneath boiler, he also explained how
Water pressure shown on dial.He also bled bathroom towel rail as it wasn’t heating up at top, now perfect. Delighted with great service Thank you 😊
