The communication was very poor , I had to make all contact and wasn’t informed that the job would be going ahead until the evening before, when I specifically asked for notice so I could arrange time from work to be at home for the insulation
The insulation team was very professional and cleared up afterwards, taking time to explain the controls

I needed to replace my 15 year old boiler and after speaking with Paul I decided on getting a Viessmann 050.
Overall I was very pleased with the price, my discussions with Paul, the payment process, the time taken from paying to having the boiler installed. The installer understood what I wanted from the heating system and set it up perfectly for me. He turned up on time and just got on with job very efficiently, tidied up perfectly and took all the waste away.

From the initial quote to discussing and reviewing the plan for installation, the communication was really good. On the day it was not without complications and Gordon worked so hard to ensure everything was completed on schedule, great service. The overall price was competitive and timelines to delivery very good.

Whoever said “If something seems to be good to be true, then it probably isn’t” clearly didn’t get their new boiler through Boilerhut. After looking around some local engineers/plumbers to replace my combi oil boiler, I stumbled across Boilerhut. After filling in the quote form I quickly had an email to follow up (which I missed). Paul called up the next day to see if I was still interested. Paul was very helpful in talking me through the process and was very knowledgeable. Paul went over and above for us to ensure the boiler was fitted by the end of the week. Most of the information needed is done online or via text. We had two engineers come out 2/3 days later to fit the boiler, Robin and Jonjo were brilliant and didn’t stop working until the job was done. They fitted the boiler and all the trimmings all in line with the quote. We can now rest easy knowing we will be warm over the winter.

From start to finish, our experience with Boilerhut was outstanding. The entire team was extremely professional, empathetic and understanding throughout the process. They communicated clearly and always checked with us before implementing any changes, ensuring that we remained fully informed and comfortable with every decision.

A very special mention must go to Paul, who was absolutely fantastic. His customer service, patience and genuine commitment to helping us could not have been better.

The speed of the service was remarkable: there was only one day between signing the agreement and having our new boiler fitted. Even after the installation, the team continued to check in with us to make sure that we were completely happy and that everything was working as expected.

Their quotation was extremely reasonable. In fact, it was the lowest we received, but this certainly did not mean compromising on quality. No corners were cut, and the work was completed to an excellent standard.

We cannot recommend Boilerhut highly enough. I would happily give them 7 stars out of 5 if Trustpilot allowed it!

I couldn't be happier with the service from Boilerhut. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to explain the different options and helping me choose the right boiler for my home. Their advice made the whole process straightforward and gave me confidence that I was making the right decision.

I chose the Viessmann Vitodens 050 30kW with the Vitotrol 100-E, and I'm absolutely delighted with it. The quality of the boiler is excellent, it's efficient, quiet, and easy to use, and the Vitotrol 100-E is a fantastic addition that makes controlling the heating simple and convenient.

If you're looking for honest advice, great customer service, and expert knowledge, I would highly recommend Boilerhut. They made what could have been a stressful decision easy from start to finish.

My new boiler was delivered and installed within two days from order to finish.
All of the required work (including a local roofer for the flue) was arranged for me and ran like clockwork.
The fitters worked so hard and completed the install in one day.
All of my old boiler and packaging and packing was removed from site.
This was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend Boilerhut.

This review is about 6 weeks old, I had a new boiler fitted 14 May 26. Didnt do it straight away as needed to let everything settle down as it important to get it right as its a lot of money to spend.
Review has 2 parts both get 5 stars,
1st Boiler Hut, easy to use great range of products sales team Paul was great and helpful, helped me choose right boiler for my needs, Viessman 100 chosen and installed. Great price not as expensive as I was fearing. So far working great, lashings of hot water always available.
2nd part, Installation Team, Cory and Ben turned up approx 0830 and got straight on it, Cory did boiler work (decommision of old boiler and installation of new boiler) whilst Ben attacked my old radiators, taking out 6 old (20 yrs plus) radiators and nasty 10mm microbore piping, replacing with 6 new radiators and new 15mm piping both under floor and surface mounting. All this work completed by 1700hrs same day, guys cleaned up after themselves removed all rubbish and old boiler and rads and pipe work. Can not praise them enough, thanks guys. I would not hesitate to recommend most highly either Boiler Hut or Cory and Ben to anyone who needs a new bolier or fitting, Thanks guys brillant.

The removal and installation processes were undertaken with calm, quiet and tidy efficiency.
The specifics of the boiler were explained. Everyone involved was professional, polite and friendly.

The service we received was absolutely first class, and the two engineers, Rob and John, who fitted the new boiler were brilliant. They were extremely efficient, polite, friendly and courteous and always made time to explain what they were doing and to answer any silly questions I asked. Highly recommend this company !!

Would highly recommend, work was completed quickly and to a high standard, they were also happy to schedule around other commitments, which was a big help.

The engineer went above and beyond as the job was far more challenging than originally expected.
