Engineer that installed the boiler was very thorough, clean, tidy and super helpful. Didnt leave my property until everything was complete and functioning as it should. Quote I had from Boiler hut was competitive and the communication I had from them was very good pre the install. 5* service, would highly recommend.

We needed to get our 30-year-old boiler replaced and used a price-comparison website. This was the first time we'd heard of Boilerhut and their quote was very competitive. Their very nice engineer, Andrew, faced a few challenges allong the way but the pre-agreed price did not change and customer service was excellent throughout. Paul, Ann-Marie and Jeff were very friendly and it felt more like dealing with a small family firm than some big anonymous conglomerate. The new boiler is a fansastic improvement. Job booked in very quickly. Engineer arrived exactly on time and had GasSafe ID ready, as requested. Cheery and convivial throughout.
Boiler fitted neatly and tidily, and in the time slot provided. Room was left clean.
Follow up call was a bonus, especially as BoilerHut will do all the registration work for the new boiler so my 12 year warranty is all set up.

I choose boiler hut for the very competitive price of the boiler package which included 10 years warranty chemical flush, magnetic system filter, hard water filter and programmable room stat. Having read reviews from customers, Boilerhut looked to be a good choice to purchase a replacement boiler. I purchased the boiler online, then spoke to Paul from Boilerhut about fitting the boiler, i took pictures of the old boiler in situ, flue location and radiators, sent the pictures to them, I chose a date for the installation and the gas safe engineer removed the old boiler and replaced it with the new Alpha boiler everything went very smoothly and we now have a lovely working boiler again.

Good website and easy to choose and order the boiler I wanted for my property. Booking in the installation was via WhatsApp and phone, very easy. Everything went to plan with the 2 guys arriving in the morning and then fitting the boiler and 4 radiators. The boiler was ordered for delivery to our house and arrived at about 11am, which was great timing, as they had removed the old one and started on the radiators. They then installed everything, got us up and running and explained the boiler controls before leaving.
The guys seemed to be very knowledgeable and offered some advice for stuff to think about in future (during the Summer)eg. fitting an expansion vessel instead of the header tank.
All a good experience.

What kind of company sends out an engineer to fit a new system boiler at 8:30am on a Sunday morning straight after New Year??? THIS ONE!
During the coldest period of the year, BoilerHut came through for me and the family where other companies just couldn't or wouldn't. For a great price, with great equipment, and with excellent customer service. Cannot recommend highly enough - it's these experiences that make a business and keep customers.

Fantastic experience from all at Boilerhut. Paul helped guide me through the process of getting a quote for exactly what I needed, explaining things clearly and giving options where possible. Alex the installer came promptly on the day of installation, was tidy and polite, and got the boiler installed (and the house warm!) quickly.

Paul was extremely helpful. He was always at the end of the ‘phone to answer all our questions. A new boiler was ordered for installation within a week. However, our old boiler returned to life and I had to cancel the order with Boilerhut. Paul was very pleasant and understanding about our situation and we received an immediate and full refund.

3rd boiler from this company but first full system purchased.. very fast great service and eill always use them in future.

I rarely do any reviews, but this one I thought I had to if only to assert my right not to be gagged.

Hired to replace boiler & radiator conversion work. They weren't cheap but could do the work in 3 days when everyone else locally quoted 5 to 7 days. They finished it in 2 days, got me to sign the paperwork that I printed for them & took photos. You would think I would be happy. I would probably be happy except that they dropped a radiator on our recently laid parquet floor (Repair estimate £3000 - more on this later). They were dying to leave with assistant honking constantly in the van. Asked plumber for instructions - No manual. He advised us to leave taps on unless pressure goes above 3.

First service: leaky relief valve and fault F2. Boiler Hut (BH) charged £100 citing photos. Unhappy… escalated concerns to CEO.

Viessmann’s verdict: no sludge, water cleaner than tap water, both heat exchangers clogged. Nothing sat straight, job functional at best

Consensus: commissioning haste and pre-used boiler.

Floor damage: BH felt £3000 high, promised to get their own estimate that never came, over 245 emails, excuses, reminders, phone calls later I called them for a closure. At one time, ** agitated replied ‘Don’t email me. I get hundreds of these emails.’ I bet.

Their penultimate response: it’s been too long to claim on insurance… amount is nearly as much as the job. So, I said, ‘I have to have it done, you damaged it… make me an offer of a reasonable contribution’

** offered £500 on the condition that I did not do any reviews or discuss it on the social media.

Friendly and knowledgeable sales and admin staff guided us efficiently through the decision and ordering processes. Friendly and competent fitters exchanged our old boiler for the quieter new one with minimum hassle. All at a reasonable price.

They were very friendly and customer focused and tried to help in every way.
