My boiler replacement was amazingly done by one very experienced installation engineer. All organised by Boilerhut. All done in one day. All working as it should. AND a bonus - the flow rate on showers is much improved. Having Boilerhut do all the coordination was a big relief. and speeded up the whole process.

I researched 3 companies for quotes to replace my still working but 25 year old Vaillant LPG boiler. The quotes were all quite close but I liked the response from Boilerhut in particular from Paul who we spoke to a few times on the phone. When we agreed to go ahead, the appointment was made for the same week and on a Thursday afternoon the installation took place. The installers were very polite and worked professionally and did the job quickly. Everything works as it should and we are delighted to have ticked this replacement off our 'worry list'. Thank you Boilerhut!

I guess like some people it is easy to be cynical about reviews. When researching Boilerhut on trust pilot it was difficult to believe they are that good. Well, my faith in British workmanship has been restored. From the moment the discussions started regarding what was needed through the installation and the customer service follow-up, I only have two words to say, absolutely outstanding. Special thanks to Paul for his patience and professionalism and Mark for the installation. I can't recommend this company too highly.

Handled a difficult situation very professionally. They achieved in a few days what another company had failed to do in 5 months. Their estimates were good and prompt and they managed the job earlier than planned. Their after sales has been superb. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody considering a new heating boiler and system.

It was a good experience. They fitted the boiler quickly. There was a misunderstanding about the type of flush which was provided. Phill helped resolve the issue in the end. Appreciate the good customer service.

I would have made this 5 stars, if it wasn't for the first contractor from boilerhut that came and made a right mess of everything at the start, the stress it caused and danger he left me in.
If it wasn't for Mark, who came all the way from Wales to Highlands of Scotland to fix it all.
I'm so thankful to him for working so hard fixing it and making my home safe again and most importantly given back heat to my home and thank you to Paul as well for his help!😊

As my 21 year old boiler stopped giving me any hot water. I looked around for a new one and was fortunate enough to be contacted Paul from Boilerhut.
Paul organise an acceptable quote for practically straight away.
As it was a weekend, two days later Matteo, who must be one of the best fitter / engineers around, arrived and replaced my boiler.
Nothing was too much trouble for either Paul or Matteo.
I could not have come across a more professional firm. Therefore can very highly recommend Boilerhut.

Great service, once I got a price for the boiler I wanted, Paul from Boilerhut was very helpful and able to get it planned in for the following day.
The install was scheduled to take 2 days, but Mark the installer clearly knew his stuff and completed the install by the end of the first day.
All waste taken away as discussed.
The Viessmann 111-W boiler is working fantastic and already saving me lots compared to my old unit.

From making contact with Boilerhut things were excellent having spoken to Paul (who incidentally seems to work all hours) having received a very competitive quote for a new boiler arranging for what was nearly a next day installation not the time of year to have a boiler give up the installer Josh was excellent very neat clearing up as he went I think he had more tools than B&Q

The advice and products offered by this company were excellent. Clearly a very professional and commited company. The gas boiler I purchased was not the most expensive but one that was appropriate for my needs. Purchased the boiler on Friday and because I explained I had had no heating for 2 weeks, they arranged for installation on the following Monday. Wonderful service. The installation fitter was professional and extremely knowledgeable.

A Veismann boiler installed ( 35kilowatt) in 6 hours and even now seeing greater efficiency than the 20 year old boiler

The boiler chap was very good and did come on time he expain everythings about the boiler to me was very clean and tidy after he finish the job

Excellent service by boiler hut. Helpful advice prior to purchase, I ordered on Sunday and the engineer arrived Tuesday morning to fit as they appreciated we had no boiler.

After accepting the quote, Boilerhut was both courteous and efficient. The text I received informed me of the time the gas fitter would arrive, ie between 0800- 1000am, He arrived at 0900am. the work was carried out in a skilled and professional manner, with the minimum of disruption. keeping me informed at each stage of the job.

Great service from start to finish. I got some good advice at the beginning, and there was no pressure at all to buy. The installation was arranged around my diary, installed as expected and a great-looking install at that too. Simon
