I have registered four properties with Boilr and have consistently received professional and excellent service from Ian and his team.
One area where I believe Boilr could enhance their offering is in providing better cover during the final week of December and the first week of January. At present, only emergency response is available during this period. I recognise that Boilr is a small but growing company, and I am confident that, in time, they will be able to address this limitation.
Ian has always demonstrated helpfulness, reliability, and professionalism in all our interactions. As a result, I have recommended Boilr to other landlords and members of my community.

Booked in for my annual boiler service, engineer turned up on time and serviced our boiler, checked the hot water and that all the radiators were working. Very happy with the service and will recommend to family and friends.

Very good and prompt service jobs that were needed before tenancy started all completed.

We recently had our boiler serviced by the above who also installed a new boiler twelve months ago. All operatives were polite, prompt and very helpful regarding all aspects of their work.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. I would not use anyone else.

Had a plan with BOILR for 18 months now, recently moved house and wanted a new boiler system. BOILR came and quoted for a new system and within a week came back and installed it. Very simple process and works completed to a high standard, would highly recommend!

Ian came at short notice and after hours, to shut off supply to a gas fire, to make it safe to sleep in that room. He did extra gas safety checks and was faultlessly friendly and helpful throughout the visit, without charging anything above the basic call-out charge. I would definitely recommend Boilr.

Fantastic, fast and professional service, have recommended to many!

My heating wasnt working on monday.
I called and they came out within the hour.
My boiler needed a new part,which was ordered for the next day.
It was fitted yesterday afternoon,great service.
