Highly recommend Bold Auto Transport
Highly recommend Bold Auto Transport. Recently inherited my father in laws 1985 Cadillac Seville and had to urgently relocate it 185 miles across the state of Florida due to sale of his home. Car was not drivable so needed a reliable transport company. Marjorie at Bold was amazing! Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She understood my urgency and promised that if I gave her at least 3-5 days' notice they would guarantee my transfer. I notified her 7 days in advance for a pickup on Tuesday, June 17. She said that she would call me on Monday to confirm time. Sure enough Monday morning I received a call to confirm the Tuesday pickup between 11am and 1pm. Received an additional call Tuesday morning to once again confirm the time. The transport showed up at 11:10 am and 4 hours later it was delivered across the state to my mechanic....all for the price PROMISED! Completely hassle free.

Never Do Business with Bold Auto
We reserved a slot to ship our two cars cross-country. We gave Bold Auto a 4-day window to pick the cars up. As the 4th and final day approached, communication stopped.
No one picked up the phone. We only received a text message saying that they could not find a driver at 3pm on day 4. This is after being assured the day prior that there was a “100% guarantee”that a driver would pick the cars up on day 4.
After numerous calls and texts, the company responded BY TEXT MESSAGE that no one would be able to pick the car up today.
We will now have to arrange a new carrier. And pay for unanticipated rental car fees on the back end due to relying on Bold Auto.
Stay away from this company as they are incredibly unreliable and unprofessional.

**!!Warning!
**!!Warning!! Do Not Do Business with This Fraudulent Company**
I scheduled a car pick-up two months in advance and called as the date approached to confirm. Peter assured me they would have a driver ready. However, they never called to provide an update, constantly promising it would happen "tomorrow."
Eventually, Peter admitted they had no drivers available. When I requested to cancel, he falsely claimed he only found out the previous day, despite my having receipts proving otherwise.
Their service is deceitful and unreliable. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company at all costs.

In this case, due to the size of the vehicle, we required a wider truck with special capacity, which needed to arrive from out of state. The vehicle was scheduled to be picked up the next morning, and we had communicated this. We understand how the delay caused frustration.
We always aim to provide clear updates, but sometimes logistical factors outside our control can impact timing. We do not operate with fraudulent intent, and we take all feedback seriously as we continue to improve.
We wish you the best moving forward.

Good Experience
Good price and the vehicle was delivered quickly from Rhode Island to Florida with no issues, My only complaint is that were were given less than an hour's notice when the vehicle would be picked up and had to scramble. Otherwise would have been 5 stars thanks

I would use Bold Auto Service again
I would use Bold Auto Service again. They kept their word on everything. They gave me a window as to when they would pick the vehicle up, the driver name and phone number. The driver contacted me letting me know exactly when and where he was. Also when the vehicle was delivered they contacted my daughter as to the time they would be delivering the vehicle. The payments was very easy to do. If you are looking for a reasonable auto transport please use this company.
