J'ai commandé un boîte pour lunette de soleil avec une inscription sur la boîte comme proposé dans votre publicité, à savoir :" FERRARI GTC 4 Lusso ". La boîte que j'ai reçue n'avait aucune inscription.
Boîte de très mauvaise qualité...

The items sent were not what was represented online. Quality of fabric Terrible. The items smelled. Customer service continuously played games when I asked to return/refund items. They wanted me to return items to Latvia.
I will not suggest anyone order from this company.

If I could give it less than one star I would. I ordered three items the beginning of December. Two of the items I ordered came the beginning of January. One of the items I have still yet to receive. The quality is horrible. Customer service is nonexistent. I have asked for a return label to return the item that is poor quality with no regards to my Request. I 100% would not recommend anyone purchasing anything from this fraudulent company!!

They will not give me my refund I sent the product back and no response. They took. The product back and kept my money. Don’t buy form here they are a scam!!!!

Wish I could give a 0. Ordered ‘winter’s veil night’. Weeks to arrive. When it did it was 10 bits of cheap plastic with no relationship to each other that you were meant to build yourself. It was so ridiculous that it was funny. Shame it cost me money!

The package arrived late, and the delivery promise was not honored. Instead of a snow globe, I received cheap plastic parts that I had to assemble myself. The product looks nothing like the pictures. This website is a scam and does not deliver what it advertises.

I ordered a man’s guitar bracelet in September of 2025. Today is Christmas Day. Product has not arrived. I’ve contacted BOMRE numerous times, and they keep putting me off, saying that they would pass it on…Tick-Tock

I received my shoes from Bomre on 11/06/25. Contacted them immediately as these shoes were junk. They requested I return them for a full refund, which I did and they received them on 11/17/25, and I provided tracking. They were "looking into the refund" and assured me I would receive it in 10 business days. It has now been over a month since I paid to have the shoes shipped back and Bomre will not respond and I haven't received a refund. This company is a predatory company, a fraud, and their products are garbage!

Paid a lot of money for what turned out to be a very cheap Temu-quality jacket. Had to go back and forth with customer service for over a month to get a full refund. Pictures on this website are fake!!!

Received the shoes and they are so cheap, I cannot wear them. The bottoms are slick plastic and Construction is too stiff to even wear. Trying to return them has been one email after another with days in between with them trying to offer a discount to not return them. After numerous exchanges, they have now sent a shipping address overseas to LV that will cost me almost as much as the shoes cost. What a nightmare-DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

Do not order anything from this company! They sent my order weeks later than promised, and then when I returned the item due to it being the wrong size, they refused to issue a refund. I returned it well within their time frame, but their AI assistant has given me the runaround ever since. I have little hope of ever seeing that money again. Terrible company.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Similar to other customers, the item i received looked very different from advertised pictures and incredibly poor quality. I initiated a return via email which was drawn out over a number of interactions where they offfered partial refunds. My return was delivered two weeks ago and I’ve yet to receive a refund with multiple follow ups. This company is a scam.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Bomre.com. They were very poor quality and I sent them back a month and a half ago and still have not received my refund. Stay away from this company!

I’ve requested a refund on shoes that I purchased from Bomre over a month ago. I provided my return receipt within the time frame and still haven’t received my refund. This company is not responding back and has awful customer service!

I ordered two "puffer" jackets from Bomre.com and when they arrived, they looked like black barbage bags... extremely thin and way too small.

In order to return for a refund you'll need to send an email to their info email address, which needs to be approved on their end. I have sent multiple emails - with no response as of yet. I called the number listed, which is directed to a voicemail (not stating the company). Extremely disappointing on quality and service.

It's been a month and still haven't received any information or my order. I can't track the items, even when filling out the track order section. I can't get anyone on the phone. So far I feel like I've been scammed. Don't recommend shopping here.

Only got 1 star because I had to do so in order to warn other’s not to purchase from this company. Total scam!! Shoes look cheap and smell so bad of toxins. So strong I had to zip out back up and put back in bag. Customer service is a joke. Don’t waste your time or money!!

Ordered 2 pullover jackets. They did not look like images on website. Orange one specifically looked very poor quality & arrived damaged (cuff snap broken).
I requested a return for full refund. 2 wks of emails (which are very inconsistent and drawn out)- they keep offering different deals to keep products for partial refund. Ive been clear from 1st email for refund/return and still dont have confirmation to return.
Poor product quality & poor customer service. Do not waste your $$ on them.

THIS company is fraudulent. They took my money, sent me the wrong product and then refused a return.

Absolutely terrible. They took almost a month to arrive & the size is mislabeled. The shoed are 2 sizes too small & very cheaply made. Horrid. I should have checked the reviews before ordering like you hopefully are.
