Same as everyone else's experience except we actually finally received our order (shipped from China!) and it's such a cheap product. The bracelets should be engraved with our initials and it's just a crappy printed initial that looks like it can be scratched right off. Terrible quality, I wish I'd not wasted our time and money.

Absolutely awful ordered 2 week's before valentines day and it arrived today! Even though it said would arrive in 7 working days. The material is not the same and is chep and nasty. Paid £24.99 for this and they won't take a return. Discussed!!

Ordered the beginning of February with a “guaranteed arrival for Valentine’s Day” I am still awaiting the arrival now! Emailed twice enquiring and no reply. Also emailed them asking for a refund and no reply…. Looking at the other reviews this seems to be a common problem and sadly I don’t think I will be getting my money back.

Don’t even feel the need to write the review, the exact same experience as everyone else here. Absolute waste of time and money. Need to find a way to report them to be shut down. Ordered 8th Feb- still nothing and no reply when contacted

DO NOT BUY. THIS IS A SCAM.
Ordered bracelets before Valentine’s Day telling me that it would arrive in time for Valentine’s Day. I haven’t received my order or heard back from them despite emailing multiple times. Avoid at all costs. Should have read reviews before buying. Tempted to report to the police if I still don’t hear anything back.

They need to honour orders on time. I ordered on the 5th of Feb and its the 28th today. I've emailed several times and no reply until I asked for a refund then I got an update to say items have been shipped but that's over a week ago. I think they take your money but don't send orders. Think carefully before you order I'm £22 out of pocket.

Don't fall for this, no bracelet after a month, no customer service, shocking!!

UPDATE: Subsequent to my review they were in contact by email and apologized for having been overwhelmed with orders. I received the bracelets about a week later and the knot didn't look like the one in the photo but they did deliver and the bracelets do create a complete heart. To be fair, I felt I should update the review so at least people know it's not a scam, it's just not a timely delivery. And yes, I did initially dispute their charge with my credit card company but after item was received, of course I reversed the dispute.

I didn't do due diligence research before buying and, of course, I bought when I shouldn't have. Will try to recover payment via credit card but I feel really stupid not to have checked first.

like many romantic fools I ordered from this website. Did not receive anything. Emailed them 3 times but no response. Upon checking their website, it turns out the company does not exist. no information or details.

Paid for a bracelet a month ago still waiting for it to be delivered. Avoid this company at all costs

Ordered on 3rd Feb, nothing arrived, now the 19th. No email responses to my follow ups. Total scam.

Ovviamente non è arrivato nulla e alla mail di sollecito mi hanno detto che è un problema di ritardi nella spedizione, quando invece verificando il track dal loro sito, il prodotto non è nemmeno stato spedito.

Ordered a “love knot couple bracelet SET”
Arrived only one bracelet and not the two pair set as advertised. Emailed the company with no response for almost a month. Sent a help message on their website, no response.

Ordered with priority shipping. This was on 2/8/24. I have emailed twice in the last week to get an update on shipping. It's been ten days and no update. There isn't a customer service phone number either. There isn't tracking and there isn't any update. I check daily. I'm out $33 and when I went to request a refund it has 🌈magically🌈 changed to within 3 days or you can't get a refund. Not only that, but there isn't even a way to get a refund as in a link. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY‼️

I wouldn’t even give it the 1 star, -5 stars…absolute crap, total scam. Ordered them on the 8th of feb, as many others did, based on other reviews, they took the money and I’ve received nothing! Not even a flipping email response. Facebook and other social media sites need to stop letting such companies like this be able to advertise on their platforms, it’s not acceptable. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
