Bought 2 champagne dresses from bondi rose. The dress doesnt fit well on me so I requested for refund of my purchase but the refund process is a horror. I need to fill up addtl form for the refund process. And I need to pay for the shipment cost. They also asking for me to pay for addtl cost for custom which I never experienced with other clothing companies. I always shop my clothings online but this one is just soo inconvenient. Too much hassle. And i am getting harrased if they can give me atore credit or exchanged for something else instead of returning the dress back to them. So much hassle

All the designs are eye catching and all the dresses are gorgeous and elegant. Beautiful colours and excellent materials.

Bondi rose is a scam website. Products DO NOT match the photos and they do not give refunds unless you pay $60 to ship the item back to china. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE.

I had a great experience with Bondi Rose. The website was easy to use, ordering was straightforward, and the dresses are lovely. The price was very reasonable. Overall, a smooth shopping experience and I would happily purchase from them again. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

SCAM!!!

I purchased three items from Bondi Rose and my experience has been disappointing overall.

The items received did not match the products shown on the website in terms of design and appearance. In my view, the clothing you receive is cheaply made replicas of what is advertised, and I would not have placed an order had I known this.

I also believed I was purchasing from an Australian-based business due to the branding (“Bondi Rose Sydney”) and the location shown on their Facebook page. After purchasing, I discovered the items were shipped from overseas and that returns would need to be sent to China at my own expense, including international shipping costs and customs fees. This was not clearly explained at the time of purchase.

When I raised my concerns, I was offered a partial refund of 10%to keep the items, rather than a full refund or a reasonable return solution. I did not find this acceptable given the products were not as described.

I have now escalated the matter through Queensland Fair Trading.

Based on my experience, I would recommend that customers stay well away from this overseas seller.

So many options/styles to choose from and the different colours in each style is awesome. I wanted to buy one of everything. The quality looks great and I can’t wait to get my order and hope everything fits perfectly 🤞 Since ordering the communication has also been great.

They are scammers. Please don’t order from them. You willl never get your refund and it’s a company from china selling cheap clothes.. please do not go by the reviews.

If you want to pay top dollar for SHEIN/Temu quality this website is for you. If you want to return your order be prepared to pay just as much to ship it back to China. Honest opinion is this site is a scam. Don’t waste your time or money.

Very disappointed with this website. The dress I received was not the same quality/material described on the websiteand small. When I contacted them to return it, they kept delaying and avoiding giving me a clear solution.

Only after trying to return it, I found out the return address is in China, and the return shipping cost is almost half the price of the dress. There is also no guarantee that the item will arrive safely or that they will actually refund my money.

I do not recommend buying from this website. Be careful — my experience was very frustrating and disappointing.

Do not buy from them whatsoever. I was pulled in by the nice dresses and the fact they advertise in Australia. Their product is from China which don’t have a problem with if they’re return process was simple. They refused a refund and offered for me to keep the item and exchange. That’s not what I want and it’s false advertisement of 30 day money back guarantee. As well as after the delivery you receive a discount code which is from literally the same company but different website in America so you know they are a scam. Don’t bother going through them for a refund cause you will get nowhere. Just go to your bank

The items never arrived even though it says delivered and the company does nothing to assist you. They refuse to give refund for my items that I have paid for and never received. Scammers!

I'm surprised the reviews are as good as they seem to be. I've just received my dress, that clearly didn't come from Sydney (sent via YTO Express and took two weeks to arrive), and the sizing is TINY!! I went to their sizing chart and it recommended a Medium, but I ordered Large, and it is more like an XS. I emailed to return and they asked for a photo of item plus packaging before they would decide if it was "permissible for a return". It either fits or it doesn't! The quality of the product and fabric is really cheap and horrible too, so I won't be purchasing from them again. I'm very disappointed in both the service and the product.
