These clothes are just amazing.... the colours & styles are just so different and they are always of a great quality .... I am always asked where I buy my clothes as they are very quirky.
I love seeing all the new stock which believe me sells out super fast .... and delivery is very quick usually with Evri ..... any customer questions or concerns are addressed by Ann Marie who is the best ever - it feels like you are actually in her store when you message here as she's always so friendly and accommodating - she is like a mini whirlwind & everything needing sorted is done immediately ....

This is the second time this has happened, I ordered the apple green Paulo top which said 6-8 business days.
After 6 days of not having a dispatch email, I contacted you and had no reply, I again contacted you via the app and again had no reply! I asked my daughter to contact to contact you via phone as I’m hard of hearing.
My daughter was told that an email had been sent the previous day to myself, which I didn’t receive.
I absolutely love your clothes, but the customer service isn’t good.

From the moment I contacted them regarding a particular dress, Anne Marie took a video and measurements, for me to see, and I purchased 2 dresses from them. Anne Marie sent them out on a next day delivery. Highly, highly recommend Bond Street Store without any reservations whatsoever, and a huge 👏👏 thank you to Anne Marie for all that she did for me. Have been very impressed with both the quality and service from Bond Street. After an inital delay due to one of my items being out of stock, it was soon rectified and since then it's been quick deliveries and excellent communication. I absolutely love the lily balloon joggers and now have them in various colours. They're so versatile and wash really well too. I've been really impressed with other items I've bought on here too. The 2 piece Federica looks like it should cost alot more than the £34.99 it's on for. Am looking forward to seeing what new styles will be introduced later this year and please please can you do the lilly joggers in a leopard print 😀 The other thing to mention is i like the versatile sizing, as many of the items are one size fits a variety of sizes it means as I lose weight they will still fit so I'm not wasting my money 😊
