I sent back 3 items it’s been over 2 months still no refund. Now they stopped replying to my emails it’s horrible. Also I had to pay 300 to return items

Ordered my outfit for my bachelorette party and it was perfect! Such a cool piece and you could tell they really took time in the small details. One of my favorite outfits to date!

Do not purchase from this brand! The order wasn’t dispatched as promised and completely missed the event I needed it for - I even emailed after placing my order to confirm it would be ready in time otherwise I needed to cancel and they assured me it would. Weeks went by and I asked for a refund 4 separate times. They finally said they’d process it and it’s now been almost 2 months with no refund!! I keep receiving emails saying ‘sorry for the delay, we will follow it up’ but NOTHING! I’m $800 AUD out of pocket… absolutely terrible service.

The most unique pieces I’m in love!! Designed perfectly. Great customer service. Worth every penny so excited to wear everything I purchased on holiday! The best ever!

I sent 2 dresses back 3 months ago and still haven’t received a refund let alone the dresses.

Charlotte kept promising I would receive the refund but to this day not received a penny back.

Do not order from this company unless you are 100% sure of the size and item you are ordering or you won’t be getting a refund or return processed .

DO NOT BUY – £500 LOST BEFORE MY WEDDING

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I ordered a dress for my wedding costing almost £500, and this has been one of the most stressful online shopping experiences I have ever had.

Despite waiting over 8 weeks, I have received nothing. The company repeatedly told me that my refund had been processed and asked me to wait a further 5 working days, but the money never arrived. Every time I contacted them, I was given another excuse, yet they have never provided any proof that a refund was actually issued.

I have sent countless emails and Instagram messages trying to resolve this directly, but all I have received are empty promises. As a result, I have now had to raise a formal dispute with my bank.

What is most concerning is that after searching Trustpilot, I discovered many other customers describing almost identical experiences—waiting months for refunds, being ignored, and never receiving their money back. Seeing the same pattern repeated over and over is incredibly worrying.

This wasn’t just another online purchase. It was a £500 dress for my wedding, and the stress this has caused during what should have been one of the happiest times of my life has been unbelievable.

Please think very carefully before ordering from this company. Based on my experience, if something goes wrong, you may face months of chasing with no resolution.

I would never order from them again, and I sincerely hope this review prevents someone else from going through the same experience I have.

HORRIBLE! i have lost over $700, they never emailed me with tracking or any updates. I had sent multiple emails which is received no response. I have still not received the item i ordered and have not received any response from them. Avoid this company. They are scammers.

Amazing fabric and design. I absolutely love the high waisted fringe and lace shorts. Beautifully made. Highly recommend.
