The Dress ordered was nothing like the
Picture and the fitting was very odd

Love the clothes but when I ordered it said on the description that it has inner sleeve because the sleeves are very see-through but when the product arrived, it has no inner leaves inside it got back in touch but they haven’t replied otherwise no issue. Clothes are really nice.

I order 2 dresses unfortunately received one.
Throne dress I received is bad quality and faulty as well.
There are spots on the dupata also there are threads out. Stitches are coming out

Recently I ordered a suit that looked beautiful online and when I received I loved it even more it was exactly as described and the quality was amazing I will definitely be ordering again!

They’re not selling original brand from Pakistan so don’t trust it’s a copy fabric is low quality embroidery is just fine smells like shit west of money

The customer service is amazing and the responses are very quick whenever I have a query. Whenever I have ordered dresses from filhaal they always arrive on time or even before. Overall, my experience with filhaal has and always is amazing.

Terrible service, suit was decent but due to your customer service I will not be ordering again and would not recommend Filhaal to others. There is complete disregard for the customer and no point in reading their policy on cancellations as the company does not follow their own rules. I ordered an outfit for Eid. I accidentally ordered the wrong outfit and immediately requested a cancellation or if my order could be amended. The cancellation policy clearly states that as long as you make the request within 24 hours for ready to ship order this will be upheld. I did so within 15 minutes. I was later told it had to be within the hour for orders closer to Eid. Again I was still within this timeframe. Trusting the policy on the website, rather than waiting for the 1st cancellation to go through I placed another order for the correct suit but was later denied a refund for the first order. The team completely disregarded my request and failed to compensate me in any way. I was told to return the outfits and pay for returns and I would also not be compensated for the 2 separate shipping charges. My advise is don’t have a policy you can’t follow. I’ve ordered from so many companies and this has to be by far the worst. If there was an option for 0 stars that’s what I would give this company.

Returned two suits a month ago, no update on return no email about return being received. I reached out and they said they can’t find it, I sent them proof of sending it through post office and still they are of absolutely no help. Disgusting service, how am I being made to still pay for something that’s not in my possession anymore.
