Good guides and transportation logistics; poor hotel experience

Most of the transportation logistics were fine, and guides were outstanding. The guides at the Golan Heights, Bethlehem, Petra, Masada, and Jaffa were outstanding and gave one a very lively experience.

However, some areas were painful: Hotel selections were rather poor, including hotels with no hot water, hotels with no cold water, hotels with broken doors, hotels with holes in the linens. That part of the experience was awful.

The selected contractors were good and did everything in their power to accommodate exceptional circumstances. For example, an unexpectedly long security check caused me to lose a flight, and the local contact helped change all other terrestrial arrangements to fit the alternate flights that the airline came up with, as well as coordinate with hotel services to have everything go smoothly.

We recently went on a 9 Day Israel, Jordan, Egypt Tour that was booked thru Booking-Tours.com. Vera was our contact and she was very accessible while we were on tour. The tours covered quite a bit of interesting places, and we had a wonderful time. We loved the food. The airport and border transfers went very well. Of course, everyone still needs to go thru security and customs. However, our border transfers were mostly late at night so traffic was minimal. I would suggest paying a little bit more to fly in and out of Cairo rather than taking the 10 hours drive thru Sinai. It was a wonderful vacation, and I'm glad we went on this vacation. Thanks Vera.

Excellent tour agent service. Very easy to communicate via email or phone at all times (even past midnight hours). All the transfers are done smoothly which was important for me as I was travelling solo (thank you to all drivers). Tours are flexible and they try to accommodate your preferences in the very best way possible. I missed my connecting flight from London and hence missed my Day 1 tour but they are able to change it for me as I really wanted to visit this place. They also have flexible payment method where you don't have to bring a lot of cash and pay with card. They have good network with tours on land and they are all outstanding quality. I would recommend booking tours to anyone. Thanks for all the hard work. To Vera, apologies if I ask too much questions :). Overall, I had amazing time in Israel and Jordan. Cairo was an interesting place :)

We were in Israel recently . Took a 5 day tour to Israel,Jordan and Egypt. the tour itself was little intense as we had so much to see and visit in short period we Got lots of impressions, which will remain with us for life. Definitely will join them and use them for next adventure!

we took the Nazareth and Golan Heights 2 day tour. Visited the Church of Annunciation and and St. Joseph. the tour was nicely organized and the guide was amazing. Everything was perfect, thank you.

This tour surpassed our expectations even though we planned it at the last minute. The sights were breathtaking and we got to see almost every site that we hoped to see. The knowledge and experience of our tour guide (Yossi Gellem) also made the tour very memorable. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience Israel, its cities and culture

Petra ist unbeschreiblich wundervoll. Ich kann jedem nur empfeheln, diese Tour zu machen.

musste alles löschen. Auf Israelischer Seite kein Problem.

I had a wonderful 5 days tour in Israel Jordan and Egypt. The tour guides were excellent except for one tour guide in Egypt who was rude and acted with no Responsibility. The hotels and restaurants were good. The Tours were very interessing and beautiful places.

Two day tour in Egypt have offered us. Very good. Walked,watched them all." Cairo 2 days", just for the weekend. Wonderful. Nice hotel. Went on a tour very early. Visited Pyramids, Egyptian Museum. Old market . Very much interesting. Sphinx.On the 2nd day in the morning a delicious Breakfast and then had a fascinating tour in Saqqara and the castle of Mohammed Ali. Good journey.

Transportation was a nightmare. We were to be met by a guide at the ship. Instead we had to meet the guide at Gate 1 which was more than a mile away from the ship. Day to start it all off just as bad. We were scheduled to meet our guide at 8 a.m. but he showed up at 8:20 without transportation. We did not leave our hotel until after 9 a.m. There was no available transportation at the end of the day to get us back to our hotel. I will guide her to hail a cab for us which took over 15 minutes.

Fortunately we had a very good guide.

First time I visited Egypt with this company, I was picked up for a very interesting tour for three days. During this time I visited all the main sights and managed to walk around the local market, where I bought a lot of interesting things for myself and my friends. In general, this trip has left a lot of positive impressions.

We were suppose to have an English speaking guide. We did not. We had a driver that hardly spoke English. The first 2 days there were local guides which we tipped The 3rd day we saw a number of things in and around Amman. There were no local guides and our guy just dropped us off at each place. There were other tours at each place with guides. I feel i am owed money back. In Petra a horse ride was suppose to be included. We ended up paying $35 for the ride. At the beginning of the trip we had to get up real early to be picked up at 530AM We could have left at 7 and still had the same experience. It made us tired all day for no reason. The driver was a nice guy and I gave him a nice tip but he did not speak English well

Everything was very very good! The guide Svetlana was amazing and the excursion was interesting and colorful! Thank you very much!

I was very impressed of the service I received from the time of booking until the end of my excursion. I've been contacted a few minutes after my booking and all my questions were answered.

Поездка была 20 мая из Эйлата в Иерусалим, с утра немного задержали посадку, но извинились и в итоге нагнали время в дороге, гид Владимир Афанасенко по дороге рассказывал много интересного про историю Израиля и в самом Иерусалиме показал и рассказал очень много интересного, что могут не увидеть другие туристы в остальные дни!
