we booked the 5-day tour of Israel, our experience from that is amazing. the tour price is affordable and you get the full value for your money.

Tours: The tour guides were all informative and friendly. The smaller sized tours were better. The Nazereth/Galilee tour was disorganized, it would be very helpful to give us an exact time to meet during breaks. We experienced a long wait on the sidewalk outside the gift shop and also at Yardenit we were not given a time to meet. The Ceaserea/Haifa tour was the best in terms of organization which made the day very enjoyable.
During the tours it would be nice to be given a short time (1 hour) on our own, especially in Jerusalem.
Hotels: We were very disappointed especially with the Tel Aviv hotel. Our room configuration request for 2 twins was not honored and I was forced to share a double bed with my 6'4" 27-year-old son. The room was not in good condition. Breakfast was wonderful, however (at the adjoining hotel). We had issues with the Jerusalem Gate hotel as well - the AC didn't work and we had to sleep with the window open which was very noisy with street traffic & honking all night. Eilat hotel was great.
Tranportation: The organization for transport to/from hotels & airport was most impressive and very much appreciated!
Petra: This was our favorite day with flawless organization and a wonderful guide.

Just finished the 17-day tour for Israel, Jordan, and Egypt every minute of it was out of the ordinary. a little bit intense as you have tours on daily basis but overall a great tour.

To rest in Israel and not to visit Bethlehem, and Jerusalem - a crime. We went on a trip with a personal guide. This allowed not only to build a convenient route, but also to give each monument more time. The day passed just fine!

When we rested in Israel,we decided that Jerusalem is worth to get to know him better. The tour was amazing! The guide told everything so interesting that we fell in love with this city and will certainly go again

The tour was very interesting, we passed a great ancient road, through the narrow canyon Siq. The guide told interesting legends. I really liked it. It was great!

My husband and I took the 13 days Israel, Jordan Egypt with the Nile Cruise First of all I want to thank Vera for planning this trip. We enjoyed every tour, the tour guides were great and very knowledgeable, the accomodations, drivers and food ere great as well. We met Artium he is a great guy, very sweet. We loved Ramadan in Egypt and our egyptologies Peter and Mostafa in Edfu (Mostafa is excellent, very knowledgeable, he also introduced us to his professor while touring the temple in Edfu that taught us even more). Also, the driver Akmud and the tour guide in Cairo Ismael were excellent. I have many good things to say about this trip and I will highly recommend Booking tours if you want to see the Middle East. Thank you Vera and Artium!!!!!!!!!

We took the overnight to Petra and Wadi Rum from Eilat. The tour was amazing. Border crossing handled smoothly. Jordanian guide (Ali) from border through Petra was knowledgeable and personable; excellent insights into the history of Petra. Tetra Tree Hotel in Petra was great with an amazing rooftop dining room. Faris, our Bedouin guide in Wadi Rum was excellent. Cooked us an amazing lunch and took us all over the Wadi which is beautiful beyond belief. Would heartily recommend Booking-tours.com.

It was a matter of 5 very intense and busy days seeing everything. It was a challenge, but memorable and we are glad we did it.

On honeymoon with this company for 6 days, with 10 members of my family. Day 1 left outside reassuring nearly 2 hours for the bus. Their response: "It's not that hot outside in Jerusalem"! Hotel took 4 hours to get rooms ready. Pokey and smelly. So far not so good.... And things got worse. They deliberately lied to us about not having buses returning to Tel Aviv, causing us to go 3 hours out of our way unnecessarily via Jerusalem. They lied about not having a secure space for the cases on the bus (later saying all cases could be locked away and safe - but it was too late, ours were left back home, wasting yet more time). We then waited for another hour for an American couple who didn't return to the bus as requested. Then, knowing we were now massively late for a family event, instead of dropping us at our hotel asap, they drove to another hotel, ordered cabs for everyone else, and didn't leave for our hotel until they'd all arrived. Another 30 minutes sitting in a stationary bus.
The guides were mixed, some with poor English, some with racist views (eg claiming Israel deliberately salinated fresh water from the Red Sea - there is no fresh water in the Red Sea! - and gave it to Palestinians as drinking water!). And far too many hours wasted in shops we didn't want to go to, or eating repetitive meals they insisted we bought at $20 which would cost $10 if we bought it ourselves. And then pretend excuses that "Oh, the queue is too big today so let's not go in" for things we'd booked and paid for. If we'd spent less time in shops we'd have had more time to see the things supposedly on the actual tour!

PS I have now seen the reply below; again full of lies. I spoke with them on the phone the day before and was told specifically to be waiting outside BEFORE 8am; the bus finally arrived (after at least 4 chasing calls from me - costing me over £100) at 9.43am.
Likewise I called them specifically to ask about the Tel Aviv drop-off (4.15pm, call duration 7m 2s), and the cases, and so on. As a result, I am reducing my review from 2* to 1*. I don't like dishonesty.

The itinerary provided wasn’t followed upon reaching Egypt. The tour guide wasn’t at the border to pick us up and we had to wait for almost 3 hours at the immigration. There was no proper communication and coordination. We were supposed to start the tour from Aswan and end at Luxor but instead, it was the other way around. And what’s worse is, the last day of our tour didn’t push through. The organizer from booking-tours which is affiliated with TourRadar named Adham wasn’t able to find a return flight to Cairo. Therefore, we had to settle with the earliest flight available to go back from Aswan to Cairo in order to have enough time for our international departure. Based on the information provided by TourRadar, the time should’ve been sufficient enough and we thought everything was already arranged. If we only knew this would happen, it could’ve been anticipated. Moving forward upon reaching Cairo, we had to wait a long time for the provided hotel and had to argue just to get the free meal when in fact, it was supposed to be provided if the last day of our tour pushed through. The tour guides in Egypt were rude and we felt that we were being talked behind our backs by using their language. A tour guide named Aiman also asked $60 as a tip that he will just distribute to his colleagues and this also made us doubtful. We were really disappointed that the last day of our tour didn’t push through. We definitely missed a lot and was hassled at the same time. A partial refund should be given regarding this matter since this was already booked more than a month ago and proper coordination should’ve been made.

Fantastic tour & guides. Saw amazing sites & interesting facts. Just a few hiccups such as when asked about dress for holy places was told closed shoulders & modest dress however come to find out I also had to have below the knees covered. Had I known I would have worn my slacks instead of shorts & wouldn’t have had to buy a scarf to cover up. Also there were a couple of issues with the driver either not showing up on time or sending a driver that didn’t communicate well & wasn’t clear if it was driver that was supposed to transfer me to next place. Other than that I enjoyed the tour & would book another tour in future

We booked the tour for Petra from Eilat, and everything was perfect from start to finish. Great communication before the tour day through email. Pick up on time, border crossing/transition went smooth. Our guide in Petra was good too. The whole trip was wonderful. And on top of that, Booking even went through the trouble of mailing us some valuable articles that we left behind during the tours, all the way to our home in the USA.

From start to finish an awsome trip! Got to see everything we wanted. Guides were very good. My only complaint was the accomodations in Egypt. We stayed near the pyramids, where upon our arrival it smelled like a dumpster. Flies were everywhere and I was informed by our guide that unless you pay for private garbage pickup there has been none since 2011.

The guides were excellent and knew their history. Everything was well organized except for a few guides in Egypt. Felt pressured for giving a tip when you have already paid for their services.
