Great trip booked at last minute. Thank you so much Vera. Great hotels and itinerary. Dan the driver guide in Nazareth and Galilee was excellent and great fun. Anat in Jerusalem listened to my interests, great fun, full of useful knowledge and a superb guide. She made Jerusalem one of my highlights. Ali in Petra was funny, honest, knowledgeable and a real character. My Bedouin brothers at Rum Plant made it feel like a welcoming oasis of calm. Not least my private guide Ahmed and private driver Mohammed. What a super team. Nothing was too much. Ahmed had great patience, knowledge and a kind heart. Mohammed is an ace driver, compassionate and professional. I miss then both and the last day was a sad one. Not forgetting the staff that took me through border crossings and airport/hotel pick ups. A great team. Finally, do not have a roof on your dream insallah(sp)

Hi Everyone, If you are looking for a reliable Nile cruise in Egypt, you are in good hands with Booking-tours. We just came back from a 5-day cruise on the Nile, and it was terrific. Thanks to Ms.Elizabeth who assisted us booking the cruise and replied quickly to all of our questions. Our tour guide Ali and Ramadan (our contact in Egypt). They manage every aspect of our cruise efficiently and well coordinated. We will come back to this fantastic historical place.

Tagesausflug nach Jerusalem Eine Tour, die sich wirklich lohnt. Man sieht und hört viele Sachen von Land und Leuten und in Jerusalem selbst erfährt man dann all das vor Ort, was man eigentlich schon mal im Religionsunterricht gehört hat. Wirklich sehr spannend und eindrucksvoll!

I live in the US and to find and be able to trust a company half way around the world is always a pleasure. Booking Tours delivered on that promise. The hotel they booked for me was top notch, very reasonably price, and full to the brim with helpful friendly people. I'll be back, Booking Tour. I wish I had booked all 5 days with Booking Tour because another, Tour Radar of Canada, charged me almost 3 times the price for the same room. I thought I would be changing hotels for 4 tours. Not.

Jerusalem City Of David And the Underground Tour This tour is a fantastic tour. Very informative and interesting. Our tour Sivan was such a lovely person who really knew the history and explained it so well. I would recommend this tour.

Great tour with booking tours Everything was as expected. Fantastic tour, worth a whole day. Gives a whole other experience about Israel. Dan was a great guide, gave us a lot of information and was always available.

Hello! Greetings from Cairo! I'm on tour since Feb 10th to visit Israel, Jordan, and Egypt and currently in Egypt until Sunday 24th Feb. 2019. It's been fantastic and so grateful for Booking Tours for all the arrangements. I am a solo female traveler, and my experience overall has been fantastic! I am quite amazed at how well-coordinated they are with all the transfers from one place to another given that my itinerary is so full. They've been so patient with me and responsive in answering my queries even before I booked w/ them. Just ask for Artium Dostman, he's absolutely the man ! :) another person I met in their office is Vera Veinberg. So there you now have 2 contacts from the agency. Have a safe and fun trip! :)

All our guides (Itamar, Avi, Cygnal, Zahi) were excellent. We had a really good time and Bein Harin Tourism was on time and no problems at all.

I was really impressed with the timeliness and punctuality of the drivers and greeters at the airport. Always at the designated area
and easy to identify.
If we had questions regarding our itinerary, they were answered expediently. We had the opportunity to stop at their Amman office and personally meet the staff. Everyone was very cordial and sincerely interested in us having an amazing trip.

Absolutely the worst tour ive ever been on. Picture this- every morning a van picks you up at 7am. It then goes around to pick up more people before gathering at a spot to wait for more people to come. Its 9am before we even leave Tel- Aviv to go to our destinations. Most times we arrive an start our tour at 10am. On the bus there is only one person- the guide who is also driving so therefore can't spend too long actually guiding but navigating traffic and driving us to our destination. Thats a good 3 hours wasted. Its not just 1 day but for all 4 days we had to endure that. This "4-day tour" is actually outsourced to a company called "rent a tour" so we get a different guide and different group each time. One particular guide named Gael was a middle aged lady who could not drive and talk at the same time, so when she did talk the bus would sway and feels unsafe. She had no interest or passion explaining ANYTHING. When asked a question it almost feels like we were burdening her. She would reply with a 1 sentence answer... even on subjects of Israel/Jerusalem which requires extensive answers. She rushed the tour so much that everyone on the tour was angry. We had almost 5-10 minutes at the most important stops such as the Western wall or The tomb of Jesus that no one could even enjoy any of the sites let alone pray. At one point she left one of our group behind, we walked nearly 100m before someone realised one person was missing. She then replied "Oh we are missing that Indian man, well too bad. He can make his way back himself". We were so shocked by the response that i told her off and the group stayed behind while i ran back to look for him. He was obviously at the designated waiting spot we just left looking distress. I have never met a tour guide that cares so little for the people she is helping. Words cannot describe how unhappy the group was with her. If you stopped to take a photo or looked at a souvenir she would tell you off, the group was so afraid to be left behind that we were constantly running after her. After lunch, half the group decided to tour ourselves to enjoy the sites rather than be rushed through. We asked her if that was possible and to just meet up 30 mins before at the designated spot so we can get the tour bus back to Tel Aviv (from Jerusalem). To which she replied " the moment you leave me, you have to call the company and you will no longer be my responsibility and i will leave to Tel Aviv without you". Initially we were scared to separate from the group but the tour got worst after lunch so me and the half of the group left to do our own tour using trustee Google to explain the sites to us. Sadly that was the best part of the day as we could actually understand what we were seeing and time to take it all in. That was all in day 1. Everyday it was the same thing- 2-2.5 hours wasted driving around picking up people. Oh and not to mention all the tours are run bi-lingual (so they explained stuff in German or French before explaining in English) which was not mentioned when we booked. LUNCH- is an absolute rip off. They drive you to a isolated lunch spot with NO other options and have a set menu which food was bad/average and was extremely expensive. They clearly have a deal with these restaurants to bring them business in return for kickbacks. By day 3 we realised and packed our own lunches. Tour finishes at 4pm everyday followed by another 3 hours of driving everyone back to their hotels. I am never one to write a review, let alone a bad review. Im doing this so no one would have such a sucky tour on their honeymoon as i did with my wife.

Bad experience, unorganized, dirty hotel. I have never been on a tour that was unorganized. I booked a hotel that was suppose to be 4 Star and it ended up being 2.5 because it was under construction. My door and window didn’t have a lock. The rugs were dark and black. I was mortified and devastated when I saw my room.

When I called booking tours for help they told me I would have to pay $1,000 to change rooms. I already paid a lot so it didn’t make since why they were trying to take advantage of me.

The only good part was my tour guide in Egypt was excellent. Other then that I don’t recommend this company.

We really had so little time in Petra, that almost had to run there. They tried to get more money from us by providing an option on taking the other way back by riding an animal and refused to allow people walk that way which I think is weird. They said it was not allowed, but I believe that's not true. The guide was good, it was interesting to listen him.
Also, they have lied to us and took 20 euro extra when we payed by card by lying about the exchange rate. That it not nice at all.
