Really enjoyed our tour of Israel, Jordan and Egypt. Well organized, excellent communication, all activities included. Small and medium groups in Israel, small and private groups in Jordan and all private tours in Egypt. Different guides and different guests every day...fantastic diversity with no safety concerns. Knowledgeable guides with good English skills. Three star hotels offered small older rooms but clean in good locations. Kudos for a fantastic experience!

This tour was very well organized and we were taken very good care of!! I was very pleased. I would use this tour company again!

Booking was easy. Communication was good with any queries we had prior to our trip being answered quickly. The guides for each section of the tour were very knowledgeable, and we learned so much from them. The small buses used for each day trip were clean and comfortable and had free Wi-Fi. Hotel accommodation was good- particularly at the Shani hotel in Jerusalem where staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. Overall our trip was well devised and coordinated by Booking-tours. Highly recommend them

I have used the Booking Tours facilities a couple of times and I am really happy, since the provided tours are excellent. Not only did we visit different places, but also we had the ability to hear a lot of interesting things from the tour guide. The hotel Booking Tours have planned for us to stay in was really cosy and not far away from the seaside, the stuff was really kind and the food was amazing.
5 out of 5!!!

I liked it and I just gave you 5 stars. The tour was very well organized. The hotel and service was top notch. I plan to come again next year.

Fantastic tour!! We visited a lot interesting places. Transfer from airport to the hotel- its very comfortable! We got very good breakfast at the hotel. Hotel is very nice, comfortable. We got a lot impressions!

The tour was very well organized. Just wished the guides would give us more time to take pictures. We had a fun time nevertheless!

Very convenient to use. Thankful to the authors who were able to create such a look. I liked it, and I just gave you 5 stars without a doubt. Good job. And I recommend to look for something new forever.

The guide company they contract with (Rent-A-Guide) was excellent. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and multilingual. The itinerary was good, and you get to see a lot. It's a whirlwind, but it gives you an overview of places so you can go back and spend more time at places of interest. I would book with them again.

Amazing Trip! We were a party of 4, and booked an entire itinerary with Natali at Booking-Tours.com
We spent 5 days in Israel, then they took us to the border with Jordan, spent 2 days there 9 ( 1 day in Wadi Rum with the bedouins is a must and 1 day we visited Petra) then they took us to the border with Egypt, we crossed and another guide waited for us on the other side and took us to the hotel, next morning we flu to Cairo, spent 2 full days there. We had our own private van, driver and guide for the whole 2 days. Then we flu to Aswan and a guide waited for us there and he accompanied us on the Nile Rover cruise and all the way to Luxor. Amazing trip and very well coordinated. We were very happy and I highly recommend this agent and the itinerary

I can type for days to provide all of the nitty gritty details or I could just say that 1) I would never use Booking Tours again and 2) I would not recommend Booking Tours to an enemy, let alone a friend. You couldn't pay me to take another trip "organized" by Booking Tours, using the word loosely. Their biggest flaw is miscommunication and lack of transparency because you can mentally prepare for almost anything, if you are somewhat aware. Consider using other touring companies if ever visiting Israel, Jordan and Egypt.

The online booking experience was very good. Any questions or concerns were addressed within 24 hours and resolved to our complete satisfaction. Our overall rating for the Israel portion of the tour is 3 stars due to 1) Hotel de la Mer. Unfortunately, this hotel is in desperate need of a renovation and by USA standards would rate as a 2 star hotel. On a positive note, the staff were exceptional as was the daily breakfast and location. 2) Daily Tours are rated with 4 stars. The organization and guides was very good, however the overall impression is that the tours were rushed, and we were very disappointed with the Jericho/Bethlehem tour due to a change in the itinerary that limited our time to see the most important sights in Bethlehem.

Our overall rating in Egypt is 2 stars. Due to 1) We would not recommend the trip crossing the Sinai for 10 hours in the back seat of a cramped, small car. The driver and guide were very good but the travel experience was unpleasant. 2) Upon arrival at the hotel in Cairo, the room was dirty, hair and debris on the floor, leftover food on the tables. No bathroom towels and bath mats appeared to dirty. No presence of toiletries. The front desk resolved this issue and provide a different room. 3) Our Guide (Galal) who met us in Aswan, was excellent, however the Nile cruise was not the '5 star' experience we were expecting. The ship on the original itinerary was not the ship we were accommodated on, and the itinerary significantly changed. Specifically, we left our Cairo hotel at 3am in the morning to fly to Aswan, only to later learn that our departure from Aswan would not have be until the following day. While we saw all the sights promised on the cruise, these inconveniences spoiled our over experience. Guests should be aware that the cabin window does not offer the panoramic views promised as more often than not ships were docked next to each other offering only a view of your neighbors’ stateroom. 4) Due to a change in the itinerary after paying for the tour, our last day in Cairo was changes to a free day. Before commencing on the tour, we advised we would not stay for the free day and asked for a credit of the hotel night. We were told 'no' as the room was already prepaid. This turned out not to be the case as the local tour operator change our hotel to a downtown hotel for the night of arrival from Luxor, and no credit was offered for the forfeited night due to our early departure.

I hope the comments provided help in your decision to use Tour Radar as overall, we did not feel we received value for our money.

Hotel and service at the highest level. Very interesting excursions. I liked everything, I advise.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
This was the worst tour I have ever experienced in all of my worldly travels. Buyer beware! Do not book this company. The whole itinerary was subcontracted through a different company. We were shipped off like wild animals from one place to another with no consistency or actual guide. The hotel accommodations were terrible 2-3star. One night we took an overnight car ride through the dark and cold desert without a hotel or shower to do a full day tour. No sleep. This was the downfall of the tour. When I contacted the company very upset about how there was no accommodations and how we were shoved in a car for a 10 hour ride, they didn't care and would not reimburse me. We choose to cancel the remainder of our tour and book with a professional company who assisted their tourists with the utmost professionalism and experience. Beware of the HIDDEN COSTS! When I asked if all visas and taxes were included in the tour, the company replied they were. When we arrived ay the border, we were not able to cross without paying cash $530US immediately in order to cross. I contacted the company immediately in dispair and again they weren't accomidating or helpful. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

I booked this tour to be with my sister and a friend. I made the reservation late in the game, but informed the agent in a chat online that I wanted to travel with my sister so she sent me a link to sign up. When I got to Tel Aviv, I was put in a different hotel from my sister for the majority of the tour. When I requested to be put in the same hotel, the tour company told me I had not informed them that we were traveling together. Additionally, this tour was not really with a tour group. Different buses and guides showed up every day to pick us up and take us on tours, so there was zero continuity with the groups or guides--not a good way to tour.

The prices were very competitive and what I really liked was that it was in my local currency.

Booked a hotel. Liked it very much. The service is wonderful. I was satisfied with the time spent. I plan to come again next year. Good luck.
