Rani Or was an amazing guide and one of the best guides I’ve ever had! He was remarkably knowledgeable, had lots of energy and a great sense of humor, and was very personable- we learned so much about Jerusalem and its history and had a great time. I highly recommend this tour company.

It was an amazing experience. we were picked up on time from our hotel and the driver was very nice and drive safely. we then had to wait about 1.5 hour for the safari to start as the safari timing is decided by the national park. Our zone was already chosen and was said to be one of the best ones for spotting tigers. we did see a tiger up close and he even walked in front of our Jeep. Was an amazing experience and would only recommend to go for the Jeep option.

Perfect Day. Usually I'm not the person using guided tours as I do like to explore places at my pace. But the tour of Jerusalem Old & New guided by Rani lifshiz was close to perfect. He did explain a lot from early history up to the current situation, it was never even close to boring. Everything on the itinerary was visited and I feel to have a good overview for Jerusalem for another visit on my own. If I know I would get him as a guide again I would be willing to book another tour if back in Israel again.

5 day christian tour our guide was Meni Tzabari - Of years of international travel and dozens of guides, this guide was the best of the best - his knowledge, attention to detail, organization skills, passion for the country and culture. He gave such insight into the religious history, the ancient culture and artifacts and present day understanding of the country and its peoples. He made use of every minute of tour time to find meaning and enjoyment. He is a "must have" for a trip to Israel. You won't find a better guide!!

Wouldn’t be the same without the guide! On our recent trip around Israel, we had the guide Rami Cohen. At every location we went to and every car ride we had, Rami was enthusiastic about Israel. Providing info about everything we had, Rami went from a guide to a friend. The trip would not have been the same without him, and he was more friendly and kind than any guide we could have imagined! Special thanks to Artium for organizing this amazing trip.

When I started to plan my activities crossing the border from Eilat to Egypt, I found myself looking for some adventorous sounding reviews of said border crossing. After much browsing, I found City Suites in Eilat, and got a message from them about day tours to Egypt. Right away I wrote them. Through them I booked a taxi ride from hotel in Eilat to hotel in Sharm el Sheik. They also assisted me in getting my visa done right at the border. Everything worked out fine. Only drawback was, the representative on the egyptian side was late. I had paid Booking Tours ahead online. Since the rep did not show up, I paid again at the border for my visa. Just when we were done, he showed up, told me, I paid for nothing. He told me to wait and ran around for a good while. Then we left. I asked: So, I paid for nothing? He said: Here is your money, I got it back. Five stars for that. 3 stars for being late. All in all, good experience, good taxi ride, I enjoyed the drive. Would book again!

Last week we returned from a 10-day tour of Israel and Jordan with Booking-Tours. Henry Maaravi was our guide for the Israel portion of our vacation. Henry exceeded all of our expectations. He is young, enthusiastic, and eager to share the wonders of Israel with us. Henry has a firm grasp of the political, religious, and historical aspects that helped shape Israel. We found him to be insightful and thought-provoking. If I ever return to Israel, and there is still much to see, I would want Henry Maaravi as my guide. Thank you, James and Rachel Fox

Скрываться от пронизывающего ветра в кибитках бедуинов под мирное потрескивание газовой горилки и горячий час как бонус. Ну и конечно сам рассвет над Синаями это то, что надо видеть и не передать словами.Огромное спасибо организатору за эту горную ночную сказку.За прекрасную организацию всего трансфера и при переходе границы.ну, и конечно, за сопровождающего бедуина Joel и экскурсовода в Монастыре Екатерины. По стилю и манере рассказа экскурсовода Оксана в монастыре Св. Екатерины сразу видно, как человек влюблен в это место и насколько скрупулезно разбирается в мелочах. Огромное спасибо!

Egypt and Jordan were OK with expected level or above expectation.
However Tel Aviv part left a bad taste due the hotel infested with bedbugs.
Your Israeli provider put us in hotels in Israel (in Tel Avivi and Eilat) looking like more student hostels, not "at 3 stars" as your trip advertise.

However the overall trip plan has a remarkable itinerary and we are happy we did it.

Customer service non-existent. I emailed, called and left a What's App message to confirm pick up and trip details - no response to any of these.

It was not made clear in any of the emails sent to me that I would need $140 in cash at the border to pay for visa and entry tax. I assumed it would be charged to my credit card as part of the booking, and, of course, as Booking Tours never responded to any communications, I had no way of checking this. Thankfully, I had the money on me.

Getting across the border was utterly chaotic and confusing - apparently, the process involves getting yelled at repeatedly by two guys called Hassan. Nothing was explained, we were just shunted from one line to the next.

The Petra tour itself was remarkable, and I would recommend it to anyone. Apart from the guide who felt it was OK to make personal remarks and manhandle people on the tour. He was knowledgeable enough, but it felt really rushed (which it was, as he told us it would be cut shorter because it was New Year's Eve).

Excellent lunch, but getting back over the border was equally chaotic - have your guides never done this before? Had to wait nearly half an hour for the shuttle back to my hotel, as no-one had any way of communicating with the driver, and, of course, the Booking Tours customer service didn't answer the phone.

I was picked up at the hotel, as promised, but in Petra we had only 2 hours in total. We arrived at 13:55 , and left at 16:15. We were promised 3 hours of walking!
The tour guide, was very stressed and rude sometimes. He was talking without panctuation. When someone came to him, to ask to speak slower, he asked the person where they are from. He replied that from Chech Republic, on what he replied "maybe you need a Russian speaking tour".
Also, because I didn't want to sleep in the tent, I was told that if I book ANY accomodations in Petra, I will be driven there. When I said it to the tour guide, he said that I can take a taxi ?!.

On the second day, I was promised a 3 hours geep tour in Wadi Rum, which in fact was only 2 hours.

The actual destination and tour guide were faultless, however, due to bad management, the tour was late leaving which had the knock on effect of everything thereafter being rushed. We had little free time in Petra and the meal was a case of eat and run. Bottle of water was supposed to be included but was never offered, in fact they wanted to charge at late lunch venue. Bit disappointing

We paid 200$ per person for a trip to Petra, Jordan from Aqaba. We did know that the standard cost for this trip was 150$, so we expected to get something better than the standard. We didn’t, it looks like Booking Tours just re-sold the standard package. We went in a big bus with people from a few other cities, from a few different companies, the guide didn’t even seem to know the name Booking Tours.
The tour itself was mediocre. We had only 3h at Petra, so we decided to explore on our own to stretch that time to the limit, which would be impossible in a big slow tour group in a place that has 8km walking minimum if you want to see the main part.
In other words, I’d advise to either book a standard 150$ package from someone else or get a private tour.

First, this tour wasn't exactly what we expected. It was far better. We expected 40 or 50 on a bus or in vans throughout the 17 days. Instead, it was a series of one-day tours with numerous connections. In Jerusalem, there were 4 connections of three different conveyances. Booking had everything figured out. It was nearly seamless. When we got to Israel after leaving Jordan, it was a private car, driver and guide throughout Egypt and the Nile. The two principal guides were both Egyptologists. We couldn't ask for more. However, there was one glitch in Eilat. Bus to our hotel was a city bus and it dropped us off at the highway with instructions to the hotel 'up there." It was 5 or 6 blocks uphill with all our luggage. Not good. One other thing: This tour is not for a pair of 70-somethings, but we did it. I wouldn't recommend it for others of this age.

Not as advertised. Booked through Expedia, who contracted booking-tours.com. Pickup from Amman should have been at 6am, but driver was told to arrive at 8. Tour of Petra was not provided despite being an advertised part of the expensive package we paid for. Car was small and dirty. Driver was friendly and nice, and he tried to call Booking-Tours to fix the problems but they did not answer phones. If I can figure out how, I will request a refund. Needless to say, I would not use them again.
** Update: After a week of back and forth with Booking-tours.com via WhatsApp and getting nowhere, I turned to Expedia and they refunded 1/3 of the cost, which is fair. My suggestion: Avoid this company.**

Well organized tour, good guide, everything went according to the plan

Logistics and communication for the tour were fine, I can say that the tour fits my purpose. I can still recommend their services, because prize was OK, but more important, we were able to see the most important places in a short period time of 5 days. Also I would like to say Congratulations to Ramadan's support in Egypt, he provided Excellent services, and even he worried to provide extra help and services, like getting early check-in and better hotel with no additional cost, his service was the best of the tour.
I found opportunities of improvement that I would like to share: that 1. I asked for some few recommendations regarding the tour in general, and they refused to provide any indicating that they were more personal decision, and form example, after completing the tour once, I can provide few recommendations, so, if at this moment I would be able to do it, I would say that the providers of the tour can ave more property to provide those recommendations.... 2. Additionally, I requested at the beginning a Spanish tour guide(I was going to pay for it later, to avoid paying everything at the same time), because my mother only speaks Spanish, initially they told me that it would have and extra cost for the full tour, later the told me that they would not be able to provide a tour guide in Spanish for Jerusalem, but they did not modified the extra cost, so, one day less of Tour guide in Spanish, but the same prize, it does not make sense, and at the end of the day, I saw a lot of other Spanish groups, if Booking-Tours is doing an outsourcing for the tour guides, why there is a extra cost to find a Spanish tour guide, in my humble opinion, it would be just a thing of contacting a Spanish tour guide and associate us to that group, all the places we visited had tour guides in Spanish.

The 2-day tour from Eilat to Cairo was from start to finish was the best we could hope for. Elizabeth and Natali of Booking-Tours were very helpful in setting up the tour. The beginning of the tour started well - getting picked up late at night always leave you wondering if it will work right - it did the staff picked us up almost on-time (they had to find the place) and they got us to the border, walking us through the steps and paperwork. Flawless. We felt safe and comfortable for the whole process. The drivers were great and friendly - particularly Michelle. Our tour guide Nasser , we met in Cairo, was knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to point out the facts and the cultural, historical background that put things in context. Nasser made us feel special and safe during the tour in Cairo and the trip back to Taba. At the end he made sure we were all set getting back into Israel. Getting the taxi back into Eilat on our own worked out OK. But there weren't a lot of taxis lined up and we shared a taxi into Eilat and it cost us 70 shekels. This small detail could use some work.
