Don't do it! THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Horrible customer service, horrible resolution, and they continue to direct to the third-party booking for a resolution when they are, in fact, responsible for the issue and able to resolve. I've never had a worse experience. DON'T DO IT!

THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM
I made a reservation on Expedia for this hotel on the July 21st. My plans changed and I canceled the reservation on July 23rd before 4pm. According to the policy on my reservation, I would receive a full refund. Expedia confirmed this, and I have a receipt showing no charge. A few days later I see on my credit card that I was charged for the room. I called the hotel and they accused me of staying there and sent a confirmation card with MY FORGED SIGNATURE. The manager refused to give his full name and they accused me of lying. I am now disputing with my bank. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I am so aghast they forged my signature. I will be filing complaints with the parent company and the better business bureau.

Avoid BookOnline.com at all costs. They use deceptive, sponsored search ads designed to impersonate official hotel websites, tricking you into believing you are booking directly. In reality, they are a third-party reseller charging massive, hidden markups and tacked-on junk fees.Their customer service is completely non-existent. I spent several hours on hold across multiple phone calls, waiting for over an hour each time without a single representative picking up. They lock you into inflexible, non-refundable policies and then completely ghost you when you need support. This site operates on predatory practices. Do your research, book directly with your hotel, and stay far away from this platform!
