BookPrintingChina Reviews

We have now placed our third order for our book with Book Printing China and our experience with them and especially with Lynn has been consistently wonderful. Lynn is a pleasure to communicate with. She answers every question, gets back to us quickly and is proactive in sending us updates on the progress of each of our orders. The quality of work done by Book Printing China is exceptional. We had a very detailed, intricate design for the front cover of our 8 x 11.5 hardcover PU leather book which was done to perfection with silver foil stamping. We also wanted our large 640 page book to lay flat which Book Printing China accomplished for us. We had color on almost every page of our book. If we were to have the exact same book printed here in the US the price would have been almost 4x as much. Our experience with Book Printing China has been very positive. We are happy with their customer service, communication and quality of work.

This book printer is amazing!!

The work product was first rate, and the cost MUCH lower than I had previously paid in the states.

In addition the customer service—and their customer service representative “Winnie”--is beyond excellent. She was always immediately responsive to questions and so helpful in moving my project along to completion.

Use them!!

I had a great experience making a personalized board book for my daughter. Winnie was great with her communication and was very thorough through the process! The final copy looks amazing!

Great communication and quality output! Highly recommend.

Working with Lynn was a real pleasure: she is very responsive, professional, pleasant, and offers great advice. My journal order, with a linen cover, embossed details, and a satin ribbon, is of excellent quality. I highly recommend her and the company.

The work is outstanding. Winnie demonstrated exceptional professionalism and great care. She was present at every step and met all of our expectations. It was a real pleasure.

The communication regarding the anticipated dates for printing and delivery were exceptional, even with the time zone difference. We even received some editing questions that exceeded expectations, as well as complimentary extra copies of the finished product.
We will be doing business with Book Printing China again, it was a pleasure working with them.

I have had such a pleasant experience. Winnie was very helpful and all of my needs were met. The quality is lovely and the attention to detail is fantastic. Will continue to use Book printing china

Great Service, Delivery & Product!

Winnie has been great to deal with; she is always happy to meet our needs and work with us as a business. The product itself is great quality; delivery is fast and arrives packaged well.

Looking forward to a long partnership.

Amazing service, good dialogue with nice people. I definitely recommend this service. Everything went exactly the way they had promised me it would be. Best service ever

Great Price! Great Professionalism!
Winnie replied promptly. I have published my book and got 500 copies to my door at a reasonable price - hassle-free. The price is competitive, and he helped me add a bookmark that would help my readers. The printing and shipment were exactly what he had communicated beforehand. I am happy that there were no surprises and no manipulation.

I am planning to get my next book from BookPrintingChina! Thank you, team.

First time printing books overseas. Winnie has been a great communicator. Books arrived to Australia in perfect conditions and the quality is outstanding.
I strongly recommend this company, they are very professional and prices also very competitive. I'll keep on working with them for sure...

I cant stop raving about this company. They were true to their word every step of the way. They made it easy to work with them and I will be happy to use their services again and again in the future. The quality of their work exceeded all expectations

Winnie was super helpful! We ordered 25 large full color books and the quality was exactly what we wanted! The production and shipping was pretty fast as well! Would recommend for sure

Just simple good manners and professionalism.

I loved working with Winnie! This was my first time ordering through Book Printing China. Winnie walked me through everything. She was so patient and kind. She would also check in with me if she hadn’t heard back in a reasonable amount of time. She stayed on top of things and must have worked overtime because she was always getting me what I needed. Product was high quality. Turn around time for the production and product delivery was very impressive. I will be ordering from them again!

I had an excellent experience printing my board books with BookPrintingChina. The quality exceeded my expectations: the printing is sharp and the colors look amazing. Winnie was super helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommended!

Working with Lynn was a dream. I received clear communication during the whole process from sending the proto-type of my book, a couple of alterations which were done efficiently, printing through to the follow-up after delivery. Her service was five-star excellent and I look forward to working with her again.

I am genuinely impressed and incredibly grateful for my experience with Book Printing China. I have now printed two picture books with them and am already excited to print my third. I would absolutely recommend working with them.

Their customer service is truly outstanding (Thank you, Aries!). They are responsive, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. Throughout the entire journey, I felt supported, even during a difficult personal period that slowed my timeline. Their patience and kindness meant so much, and I cannot thank them enough.

The quality of their products is exceptional. I ordered the sample kit and then test-printed each of my books. The test prints arrived astonishingly fast (faster than most U.S. shipments!) and the craftsmanship was consistently excellent. The final bulk order also turned out beautifully.

In case you wonder about communication hurdles, the only area where I think there is a bit of room for improvement is in clarifying the precise cover measurements. In hindsight, I wish this had been fully addressed during the test-print stage, but this was also my first time printing books, so part of it was simply my own learning curve. And honestly, I’m so happy with the final outcome that it feels like a very minor point. They really do their best to make it work with whatever you provide. Also keep in mind that Chinese holidays can affect timelines a bit, but aside from that, they stayed on top of everything, and even temporary tariff delays between the U.S. and China didn’t slow things down much.

They simply offered the best pricing, and they are wonderfully flexible with customizing orders. They even sent me an impressive sample book with special finishes, which helped me refine the look of my covers.

For anyone in the U.S. wondering about payment: I used PayPal for sample orders and Wise.com for larger payments to keep fees low. Everything went smoothly.

Overall, Book Printing China delivered a truly positive experience. Their professionalism, warmth, and commitment to customer satisfaction stand out. I’m extremely happy with my final products and have already recommended them to others. I will absolutely return for my next book in a couple of months.

This company is highly professional. Freya, who handled our communication, was friendly, prompt, and an expert. The printed materials were produced exactly to our specifications, and they offered flexibility and a wide range of options. We were delighted with our first collaboration! Thank you very much!
