From start to receipt of my books QinPrinting has provided excellent service. Nelson is quick to respond, helped out with a layout issue and kept me informed every step of the way. The books are professional in all aspects and top quality. I am doing reprints and will use QinPrinting for all my book publishing needs.

Excellent communication to get my final children book design approval. Since the book's were shipped by cargo it took some time to get to the U.S but they facilitate an air shipment of 20 samples to meet my deadline. it was worth the waiting.
The quality was superb and I am expecting to place an additional order.

Printing my book with QinPrinting was a flawless and gratifying experience. This was the first time I have printed a book outside the U.S., and I was understandably a little nervous. Every step of the way, the communication was great and promises were kept. Daniel responded promptly to every question I had. The quality of the printing exceeded work I've had done by large U.S. printers, not to mention that the cost (including shipping and tariffs) was far less than I would have paid here at home. I am very proud of my new book and thankful to Qin!

I am based in Swansea in the U.K. and wanted to produce a memorial book to commemorate my Father’s life.
I collected memories from 100 friends and family members, and added to it , along with 250 photos.
I had a quote from Mia at QinPrinting and was so impressed with the efficient communication and excellent price. I decided to go for it, despite my concerns about delivery and turn around.
Mia was amazing throughout the process and everything happened just as she said. The printing of 200 A4 books with 200 pages was completed within the week. The order arrived within a week of dispatch. I was so impressed with the quality. The books were given out at the memorial last weekend and everyone loves them ! Thank you so much for the excellent services. If anyone is thinking about it , I would say - I can 100% recommend - a fantastic company and a wonderful book !!! Thank you

Our print guy says the print quality is extremely high. And the cardstock and box are really great also. He says he seriously thinks that we would not have received any better quality here in the states.

I spent five years working on a coffee table book of my artwork. I wanted the books themselves to be like a work of art. Finding someone to print the books was the final step. I chose Qin and patiently awaited my shipment. The books arrived when expected and were gorgeous. However, I discovered some with damage that occurred during printing or binding to include torn pages, ink smears/splatters, etc. There was zero damage from shipping. About 16% of my order was effected so I contacted Nick and sent him photos of the damaged pages. He got right back to me and was very apologetic. He spoke with the owner that night and contacted me again the next day. I was offered either a reprint of books (double the number damaged) or a refund, which covered more than the actual printing cost for the effected books. I opted for the refund and received it within a couple days. He and the owner handled the situation very professionally and assured me that this was not typical of the quality of their products. The books not effected are high quality and absolutely beautiful. Because the issue was handled so well and so quickly, and because I am so pleased with the overall quality of a majority of the books, I will use them again if I decide to have more printed. Nick was wonderful to work with and made the entire experience pleasant, from my first contact with him through resolving the issue.

Printing soft cover and hard cover books was something I wasn't totally familiar with going into this. The team here was patient and helpful, answering any questions I had along the way (of which there were many). The products turned out great as well!

Excellent service.Second time I ordered A big batch of 600 books each time.They came back.I dare say better looking than my American publishing companie's copies. Oh on Amazon, my book costs $26. They charge me a $3.50 per book. BesT deal ever!

Nelson was super patient and extremely helpful in the printing process of our Children's Story Book The Unstoppable Unpoppable Thought Bubble. I was very happy with the printing results and the customer service I would highly recommend QinPrinting to others!

From the beginning, the communication was exceptional, even letting me know that some of the images in my catalog had to be improved before printing for the best quality final product. I was a little hesitant as this was the first time I'd worked with them, the cost was a fraction compared to others, and it was a fairly large order, but I couldn't be happier with the product and look forward to working with them again soon.
