QinPrinting Reviews

Brilliant company to deal with. Nelson had super quick response times and great service. End product was fantastic, exactly what we wanted.

I have worked with QinPrinting on multiple projects and they communicate clearly throughout the process. Daniel Zhang on their sales team has always been very helpful, informative, and customer focused. The print quality is good, the price is affordable, and if there are any issues they always strive to make things right.

This was a great experience - everyone I worked with was very professional and quick to respond to my questions. The books arrived faster than I thought they would, they were packaged beautifully and the quality was superb!

it was very smooth sailing, very reliable and efficient. Sharing was a dream to work with and delivered on everything I wanted

Outstanding service and high quality printing and finishing. Susan is a dream to work with, answering questions clearly and speedily. The books arrived in Australia sooner than expected. Highly recommended!

I truly loved working with QinPrinting to print my tarot deck! Their online tools are wonderful for planning, and whenever I had questions Mia was so helpful. The quality of the product is top-notch and everything ran smoothly start to finish because of the regular communication and support offered by the team. I have more projects in the works and can't wait to work with this company again!

Used QinPrinting to print my TTRPG, Blightfall. Was a great experience from start to finish. Nelson was a pleasure to work with and responded quickly to any questions. Books came out great. Would happily use again!

Qin did an amazing job on our books. The customer service was excellent, the print quality was top-notch, and the entire process was smooth. We would definitely use them again.

I am from the UK and as soon as I contacted Qinprinting with my requirements, I had a constant helpful, informative and professional correspondence with a great guy named Daniel. The attention to detail regarding my tarot deck and booklet printing needs and any questions I had (I had many) being a first time printing artist were answered graciously and promptly. The final product is beautiful and of high quality. I received 500 decks all seal wrapped in around 10 weeks by ship. I would recommend this company especially for tarot or oracle deck printing. Marvellous.

Great service and fair pricing. The prints came out exactly as expected

Product looked great shipping was around 80% because one of the boxes did not have support/padding and that box got crushed .

I had a great experience working with Irene. She was wonderful and communicated every step of the way and I’m so happy with the results! I can’t wait to collaborate with them on future projects!

I had the best experience with Qin printing! What stood out the most was the assistance I received from Nelson throughout the whole process. This is my first time creating a deck and Nelson provided amazing top tier support for the duration of my project. I am so happy with how my first deck turned out. I hope to create many more decks with Qin printing. Thank you Nelson!

I was hesitant to order from companies where I have to get a quote because it stresses me out. HOWEVER, Mia was amazing; communication, clarification, timing, attention to detail, fast responses, commitment was all way above expectations. The process was simple in the aspect of how smooth it went. Mia made sure my product would come out perfect, she sent me a proof copy (with a cost) and I made tweaks after that and it came out perfect. I ordered 200 copies of coloring books on 180gm interior paper, the thickest option for the cover, perforating, and perfect and sewn binding. The total came out to around $1500CAD. The image quality is insane. I will be ordering from them again, hopefully I sell out of my stock I just got hehe.

Cons:
The shipping took about a month and a half but that’s just what’s expected when it’s shipping from china to Canada.

The customer service was amazing. (Irene) She was responsive to every question, always checking in and providing updates. The books came, and they were packaged so safely and securely. The book's color was vibrant. I am so impressed with everything from start to finish.

From the online quoting system to the delivery of the high quality finished product, the service was exceptional.

Even though we’re based in Australia, their response time was outstanding and every request was handled with ease.

I loved the communication and the quality! Highly recommend printing with them!

Top-tier quality, and the most helpful customer service. My new go-to.

I was very happy with my product, and Irene was super helpfull during the whole process! The Best!

Qin Printing went above my expectation. I was particularly impressed by Nelson’s responsiveness and attention to detail! No question was too big or too small for his prompt attention. I will be sticking to Qin Printing for a long while.
