QinPrinting Reviews

I was drawn to qinprinting as they are one of the few printers who are able to make board books. I was pleased to see the great reviews on here so I decided to put my trust in them. It felt like a big gamble, I’d never had a book printed before and was spending a lot of money without seeing a product in person but everything about the service was 10/10 from start to finish. The quote function was great, I could get my quote without behind hounded!
All my correspondence was with Nelson, his customer service was fab, he was so helpful and informative and there was never a language barrier.
I got to see photos of my books before they were sent out too which was great! I was worried about the shipping and customs part the most as I didn’t know what I would need to do, but qinprinting dealt with everything!
I’m so happy with the quality of the product and I guess I’m now a self published author thanks to qinprinting! So I thank them for being an integral part of my journey.

Great service—professional, friendly, and very responsive. The finished product turned out exactly as I had imagined. The whole process, from production to delivery, was much faster than I expected. I’m very happy with the result and would definitely order from QinPrinting again!

Good communication, good expectation setting and then over delivery in terms of beating deadlines and timelines, which is the best possible outcome when you need your product.

I'm a self-publisher in Australia, and would give QinPrinting 6 stars if I could. Great communication from the start. Solid advice. Very careful proofreading. Incredible value. And a really great product that I'm very happy with. Will use them again for my next project.

I truly appreciate the care and support I received and would highly recommend QinPrinting.

We had board books printed. They were amazing. From start to finish they helped us perfect them. Each came individually wrapped and we received them a week before we expected them. Will definitely use them again. Neon was wonderful to work with!!!!!

my book came out fantastic. The quality was beyond what I expected. They handled my project with good communication responded to all my emails quickly and delivered me my printed materials in the timeline that they quoted very excited about how good my children’s book came out.

Great customer service and final product is good quality. I enjoyed working with this company a lot. Email correspondence was great, even when I had to tweak and change small things multiple times.

The service was impeccable. The best thing was that I just had one contact within the company. Neon was the best. Explained it all. Guided me every step of the way. And the carddecks I ordered are amazing. I am very satisfied with the whole start to finish.

Great communication and awesome product!!

QinPrinting and more specifically Nelson and the team were awesome from start to finish. I had them create my special edition children’s books with gilded pages and they even were able to make the title gold foil. The books turned out beautifully and affordable compared to US pricing. Thank you guys!

Nelson worked with me on this book project, his response time was very prompt & he answered all my questions and we were able to sneak in last second a few advanced copies to be sent via. Air Mail!

Now this is the only book vendor I’ll use, thank you
