QinPrinting Reviews

Excellent communication and excellent product

I ordered 1000 high quality magazines for promotional purposes. Their team was excellent to communicate with and the product was stunning. I will be ordering again and I recommend their services!

The hardcover book met my very high standards, and I am very happy with the experience. QinPrinting had all of the options I wanted for the book at a reasonable price. The team was easy to work with and quickly responded to all of my queries.

Excellent quality and fast turnaround. Very easy to work with and look forward to doing so again.

Excellent quality and great service.
We have had a fantastic experience in dealing with QinPrinting.
The quality of the catalogues is far superior than that printed locally and the pricing was a lot more attractive.

Excellent service with quick response time and good pricing. I’ve done two large orders with them so far, and everything has gone smoothly. My books came in with high quality.

I worked with QinPrinting after using another printer to create a sample deck that couldn't meet my production requirements. Working with Daniel at QinPrinting was easy and a pleasure from start to finish.

Daniel was responsive, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. He answered my questions, guided me through the technical details, and made sure everything was correct before printing.

The final product exceeded my expectations. The print quality is beautiful, the colors are vibrant, and the cards and rigid box feel truly premium. As a first-time deck creator, I appreciated the attention to detail and support every step of the way.

An added bonus, my shipment came in two weeks earlier than expected.

I am extremely happy with the result and would gladly work with QinPrinting again. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. I was in contact with Mia the whole time and she was very helpful, answered all my questions, and even help guide me with some paper choices to make the comic book look better. Once printed it showed up on my door step with 6 weeks. Impressive. The quality of the printing was very good and I would/hope to use the service again for my next comic. The pricing was also very good.

Working with Qin Printing was an exceptional experience, and I am thrilled with my products!

Tarot of the Blue Rose.

From beginning to end, communication was clear and quick. All of my endless questions were answered in detail and in a timely manner. My only wish was that my sample proofing deck and box came fully printed so that I could see exactly how it would look in production (sample proofing deck and box came assembled yet unprinted, along with flat paper proof copies of all printing). Otherwise, I had an excellent experience working with QinPrinting in all aspects from the initial discovery email, through the proofing process, and to the final shipping of my card decks. I will absolutely be back for my expansion decks, and the next edition of my current deck. Thank you Jimmy, for kindly guiding me through every step of the process ... especially when I had trouble making decisions. This was the best customer service that I've experienced in a very long time.

I had a wonderful experience with Qin Printing! They are super quick to respond (even responding on weekends) and very professional. They were very helpful throughout every stage of the project and always over delivered on their promises! Would highly recommend choosing Qin Printing and hope to work with them again!

I wrote three short contemplative books and traditional publishers responded that they were too short to publish. I decided to set up my own publishing imprint in Singapore dedicated to pint-sized books. I researched, and like most small publishers, I signed on a US publishing platform that could print thin paperbacks on demand at a reasonable cost. After a lot of effort to set up the account and format the books, I was disheartened when the first shipment was nearly lost and second shipment arrived with faint ink, glue residues and pink streaks on the covers. I had already reached out to some bookstores before then, and expected to deliver review copies by a promised time. I was caught completely off-guard and shocked by the quality.

I quickly sent enquiries to printers in Singapore and Malaysia. I went down to local printing shops over the weekend. Some told me to just staple my books, while some took weeks to reply, and most did not even give a quotation based on what I enquired.

I was disheartened and seriously considering just publishing ebooks and giving up my paperback dream. As a last leap of faith, I filled in Qin Printing's quotation form on a Saturday evening. A few hours later, I received a reply from Ms Mia Wang.

Mia is one of the most professional and meticulous people I have worked with. She answered every single one of the questions I posed, anticipated others before I even asked, and her promptness was amazing. As a client, it is great when queries get answered even on a Sunday. But as a older woman to a younger lady, I really hope she gets the rest she needs.

The books came very well packed, beautifully printed and right before my nearly impossible deadline because the team was so efficient and I could tell they kept my timeline in mind.

I just sold my first order of my paperbacks today when the request for review come into my inbox. What apt timing. :)

Thank you Mia and the hardworking and dedicated team at Qin. I am hoping I will get to print my second and further orders with you.

Keep up the wonderful work! But please, take care and rest well too!

Friendly, approachable and professional staff that managed my order perfectly. The printed product exceeded my expectations in quality and turnaround time. I’d highly recommend Qin printing.

Easy 5 star review! I was nervous working directly with a company in china, as im a small author and I live in the US. I worked with Irene and I can’t stress enough how lovely she was. Extremely professional, quick responses and very clear and easy to understand communication. I was very impressed with the process of getting the books ready to be printed. The books arrived in perfect condition, I was extremely happy with the end product. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

We had a very positive experience working with QinPrinting. The standout feature throughout the process was their exceptionally fast response time — whether generating quotations, answering technical questions, or clarifying production details. Communication was consistently professional, clear, and efficient, which made the entire process much smoother.
The final insert cards were also produced to a very high standard. The cardstock quality, soft-touch lamination, and overall finish gave the inserts a premium feel that aligned perfectly with our brand positioning.
Production and delivery were handled professionally, and the overall experience reflected strong attention to detail and customer service.
We are very happy with the outcome and would gladly work with QinPrinting again for future projects.

Very helpful in making decisions about quality of paper, binding, etc.

The final work product is excellent. Get numerous compliments about quality of book/illustrations

This was my first time working with QinPrinting, and my first time in charge of getting a book printed. The staff were very helpful! They made sure I understood everything that was going on, they corrected the one error I found quickly, they kept me updating on the shipping process, and the final result was beautiful!

Qin Printing made it so easy to wrangle my large book project and include all the features I was looking for within my budget. I had never printed overseas, but my sales representative Irene walked me through every step, was super responsive, and answered all my questions, and walked me through every step of the process. My books ended up beautiful, exactly what I was hoping for. I am looking forward to working with the team again for my next project.

They are true professionals! I am very happy with their work!
