I can’t fault Mixam for UPS losing my package… but I wish Mixam had stepped in to help me as soon as they saw my claim (UPS also notifies the sender when there’s a delay) because I had ordered expedited 3-day shipping, and now that my package has finally been found it’s still taking a week for it to arrive. It would have been nice if it Mixam offered me some sort of way to make up for it, beyond offering to reprint if the package was totally lost. Good customer service goes a long way. It’s too bad Sticker Mule does not print books! They are quick to help when I have any issues.

The delivery time was great and the whole entire process to get the book printed was great and smooth. However, there were some print lines on some of the prints that were pretty noticeable.

I had an issue with my shipping date. I needed the books before April 24th. Customer service was excellent, very patient and through on their explanation.
My coloring books turned out beautiful.
Very pleased.

Little lack of communication for one project and a bit of stumbling for the mistakes. They did do good and took care of shipping was just that, if communication had been on point things could have worked out much simpler. But the product is beautiful and will gladly work with them again.

My company, Studio Skye-Tiger, has been using Mixam since before it was even a company, with only me as a single comic creator. Since then, I've relied on Mixam for it's high quality of both printing materials and process, but their also customer service. Our shipping also often arrives earlier than anticipated, which is always good. We recommend Mixam often and with the highest praise to all of our peers in the comics community who want to self-publish.

The printing experience from designing to receiving the actual product was 10/10. The website is user friendly, shipping was on time, and most importantly the quality of my books are 10/10. Mixam is top-tier and on the top of my list of printing companies.

Customer service and communication is really good.

Great quality and fast

I ordered dust jackets, but never received a conformation email, and couldn't track the package. I contacted customer support when I was unable to sign into the account. They responded back with the email I had used to sign in and I realized the error was on my end. I left out a letter. I asked if they could update to the correct email and have never heard back. While trying to get the sorted out, the package arrived and the dust jackets were too big. I cannot sign in, so I can not return them. Customer service has stopped responding. I've sent two emails so far.

The AI program help me a lot along the way and made the whole thing a fun creative project. The book turned out beautifully and I am so pleased.

The company offered me a quote for printing which I paid. They then place my order into production and only after this have then increased the price and told me they put it into production as a 'goodwill' gesture but refused to refund me, so leaving me with the option that I pay beyond their quote that they gave me, or I lose my money.
Their company made a mistake by putting the product into production without due diligence and are trying to foot the cost of their mistakes on me, making decisions on my money without consultation, and ultimately expecting me to foot as the customer to foot the bill for their error.

Mixam is the best printing service in the biz. I'm an indie author and I have yet to find a better place that is reasonably priced, reliable, and good at what they do. 10/10 will continue to use them regularly

Great prices and excellent quality with an upload web page that is fairly straightforward. Fast turnaround too.
