I hated my entire experience with this company. The ordering process was hell. My order was canceled twice by a customer support agent because he didn’t know you could use Afterpay, which is an option they offer on their site. I had an event that I needed the books for on the 6th of April which was the date of expected delivery, but the items were two days late because the company didn’t finish production on time. I emailed them for clarification and there was no apology or understanding. They charge way too much for such low quality service. I am seeking another production company for future use. Let me know if you know of one.

The quality of the print was ok but I payed for rush production and rush shipping to arrive before my event. This did not happen - my print arrived late, after my event started.

The website is fairly well organized, using the search function doesn't always find what I'm looking for. The staff emailing me to help with my questions are very polite and helpful. I did not get a response back from a phonecall; email responses can take awhile, sometimes several days. The book quality is very good.

I used them for magazine printing, and they came out great! Nice and sturdy, color was rich and details good. Only one page seemed slightly blurred, but while the PDF looked great on the computer, I'm also aware that it may have been something to do with the image that we used, as it was the same in every issue.

Quick response to e-mails and very helpful. Made it easy to get my books printed and shipped.

This was my third publication printed by Mixam and they did not disappoint! My most recent publication was for a hardcover and paperback of the same title. After having to make a few layout changes to one of the covers over a period of a few days, the shipping timeline exceeded the date of my book launch event. I was able to speak to a LIVE PERSON in the middle of the night who said she would see what she could do. While she didn't make any promises, not only did my book order get delivered in pristine condition, they arrived earlier than expected and in time for my event!

The quality of the printing and binding are excellent. The hardcover books were double-boxed and received without any damage.

I will definitely continue to use Mixam in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others!

Please, please, PLEASE, DO NOT do business with this company!! My company ordered our treatment program workbooks from them. The books were supposed to be delivered to our customers by a specific date. The books we received had numerous errors, blank colorful pages, they even had a mixam order form printed on pages in our book!!! We missed our delivery date because we had to find another company to print them! Mixam sent us an email stating they were refunding our money. We had already disputed the charges with our bank and received a refund. Five weeks later Mixam contacts the bank and disputes the refund of the charge and said they would need all the workbooks RETURNED!! WHAT!! FIVE WEEKS LATER!! They said their employee should not have promised a refund, as that is not their policy! YOUR EMPLOYEE DOESN'T KNOW YOUR POLICY!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!

They always come through and check over the product to make sure it’s good before just printing anything out.

Offered multiple cover and paper types and quantities. Most other print companies had a minimum order of 100 or more. I needed 2 booklets printed, Mixam was more than happy to accommodate and at a very reasonable print cost.

Great at making stuff quickly.
