The books look great and were delivered in a timely fashion. The covers were very nice and the quality was better than expected.

The layout process was straightforward in establishing the interior and cover of the book. The final product is excellent, with vibrant colors that stand out on the page. The turnaround time from submission to delivery was within the specified timeframe. Overall, I had a positive experience. This was my first time publishing with BookSpace, and I look forward to collaborating with them on my next project.

BookSpace is a great choice for independent authors. The customer service is next level. Definitely, they make me feel like I have my own bookstore and an effective team behind me.

Going above and beyond, especially when most people are sound asleep, is the true definition of exceptional customer service. Live help when working creating my site. It was late in the evening and I got stuck a few times. But the help person (Ash) "took a look" several times and gave me direction- simple and easy with no wait time.

This may be the best service team I have experienced, with quick responses, simple answers, and suggestions for things I hadn't considered in my publishing endeavors.

I published my first book on Book.by (Now Book Space) in April of 2026. Their Help system has been my guide through the many technical formatting questions that come up in the publishing process. The Books.By chat is easy to use and, while sometimes you know you are getting a response from the already written FAQs, just as often I got a quick responses from Ash, the owner, who would address my question with the exact specifications I needed. I am grateful for the guidance!

The book was even better than I had imagined! The colors were nice and bright which really matters with children's books. The pages were very durable. The print was beautiful with no smudges.
