Wow, @BookstoHome — absolutely stellar customer service! Ordered multiple books, and got TWO damaged copies delivered right in sealed packaging. Reported it with clear photos, and after an agonizing 10-day wait, their brilliant reply was: "Not eligible for replacement or refund."

So basically, pay for damaged goods and tough luck if you want a fix. Who needs customer satisfaction when you can have silence and denial? If you value your money and sanity, think twice before ordering from these jokers. #CustomerServiceFail #BookstoHomeDisaster

I ordered books. All books that I received were duplicate books

I had bought around 7 books from their website, costing nearly ₹900. But I canceled the order for some reason. I canceled it through their WhatsApp, and they confirmed that the cancellation was successful.

I told them that I had already made the payment, so I asked when I would receive my refund. They said I would get it in 2-3 days. I waited, but nothing came.

When I followed up again, they said they had forwarded my UPI ID to their refund team, and that the refund would be processed soon. But it’s been almost 10 days now, and there’s no sign of the refund.

Their customer service is absolutely the worst. I would strongly advise no one to buy from them. Just buy from Amazon or even your local bookstore instead. This is the worst website to buy books from. Their customer service is terrible, and honestly, it feels like a scam.

I have ordered some books but want to change some books in order...or cancel the order..change in order not possible so I cancel the order within 30 min of order placing...
But it is headache to contact to their customer care ...they never respond....worst customer service...Never ever try to order books from this site ..

I have ordered books from this website, the quality was excellent , the time for delivery is also good. Packaging was superb and the support staffs were polite.

I had ordered 4 books in total and had ordered 2 copies of the book "The Psychology of Money". The books I had received seem to be duplicate or unauthorized version as there is a spell error in the book cover. I had reached out to the publications mentioned in the book and they mention it is an unauthorized edition. The Support team is not responding on my queries on this. If there is no response, need to go ahead and escalate it with consumer forum for a refund.

Bookstohome is a scam..they will deliver you wrong book, with xerox copy with yellow pages only..
I have ordered limitless and Psychology of selling and they sent me Rich dad poor dad..
Not replying on their whatsapp number...

Had ordered 5 books via order no 20485. Have received only 4. Chatted with customer care. But issue not yet resolved. Did not expect this service

There rates are pretty competitive but delivery experience is horrible, In today's India where we are getting our online parcels from Chennai to MP in three days only, laughingly there standard delivery is taking 12 days. Are you serious ? ? ? think about and reflect Mr. owner.

Prices are really reasonable and the quality of books are Really GOOD. It was a win-win deal.
