Al eerder een review geplaatst m.b.t. Booms.bet. Was er destijds gematigd enthousiast en had zeker één en ander op te merken.
Welnu: Bij deze wil ik een ieder die een account overweegt aan te maken waarschuwen voor de praktijken die hier plaats vinden.
Men gaat altijd prat op fair play, maar wat hier soms gebeurt is schier onmogelijk. Bonussen die echt mega weinig vallen en standaard max 30 tot 50x je inzet betalen. Bonus buys, I kid you not, tientallen achter elkaar zonder enige winst. Break even is al moeilijk, maar verliezen kan hier aan de lopende band. Tot het ongeloofwaardige aan toe.
Dit tezamen met het nogal bedenkelijke uitbetaalregime (withdrawals kunnen annuleren, vertraagd verwerken van opnames, dagen moeten wachten op je winsten onder de noemer: “Je geld dient eerst bij ons binnen en verwerkt te zijn alvorens je een opname kunt doen” en meer van dat soort onzin, heeft mij doen besluiten dat deze toko geen stuiver waard is.

Alles ging altijd goed op deze site. Ik kon geld erop storten en vervolgens mee spelen. Ik heb het vervolgens laten uitbetalen naar mijn crypto provider. Dit was mijn grootste fout ooit.
Mijn crypto provider wilde de storting niet accepteren van het casino en stuurde het als een refund terug naar het crypto adres waarmee het ook naar hun verstuurd was.
Je zou denken dat je het dan ook terug ontvangt op je account in het casino, helaas is dat stuk niet waar.
Na meerdere keren contact te hebben gezocht met de live chat hebben ze wat gegevens gevraagd waaronder de HASH van de refund. Ik heb alles netjes doorgegeven en aangetoond dat het geld als refund is gestuurd naar het casino zijn crypto adres.
Ik wacht nu al meer dan 9 dagen op mijn geld om weer terug te komen in mijn casinowallet en meerdere malen contact opgezocht waarom het zolang duurt. Het enige antwoord dat ik krijg is dat ze wachten op antwoord van de "payment provider" en dat ik nog heel even moet wachten.

Booms.bet laat Nederlandse spelers registreren, maar weigert verantwoordelijkheid
Ik heb me onlangs geregistreerd bij booms.bet, ondanks dat in hun algemene voorwaarden staat dat spelers uit Nederland geen account mogen aanmaken. (Wie leest deze nou volledig… wees gewaarschuwd)
Toch kon ik probleemloos een account aanmaken, mijn profiel instellen op “Nederland” en geld storten. Er werd geen enkele waarschuwing gegeven dat ik als Nederlandse speler uitgesloten ben.
Pas achteraf, toen ik in de live chat vroeg naar de voorwaarden, kreeg ik te horen dat hun systeem “niet kan controleren uit welk land registraties komen”. Dat betekent dat je als Nederlander kunt inloggen, geld storten en verliezen, terwijl je officieel helemaal niet mag spelen.
De klantenservice gaf aan dat dit een technisch probleem is, maar legt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid bij de speler. Er is dus geen bescherming tegen misbruik of misleiding.
Ik voel me misleid en ben mijn geld kwijtgeraakt op een platform dat me nooit had mogen toelaten. Dit hoort niet te kunnen en moet openbaar worden gemaakt.

We would like to assure you that the rules of our platform are clearly stated in the Terms and Conditions, which each user agrees to when creating an account. According to these rules, players from certain regions are not allowed to play on the platform. Unfortunately, the system does not always have the ability to automatically detect the user's country of origin at the time of registration, especially if VPNs or other tools that hide location were used.
Registering an account in such cases does not mean approval or permission to play. That is why, if violations are detected, player accounts may be limited or blocked, which is always notified via email.
We sincerely regret that the system was unable to automatically warn you before making a deposit. But we would like to emphasize that we do not intend to mislead our users. We always try to act honestly and transparently in accordance with applicable laws and internal rules.
