Boots Dubai Reviews

Trust and reliable. Quality of the boots is top notch 🥰❤️

My recent shopping experience with Boots has been extremely disappointing. I ordered the Boots Vitamin C Brighten, but it was missing from my delivery package.
When I reported the missing item, customer support simply closed my ticket, relying blindly on internal warehouse logs instead of listening to the customer. They claimed everything was packed and scanned properly, completely ignoring the fact that I never received the product I paid for.
Refusing to take responsibility or investigate properly is unacceptable. I am left out of pocket with zero support or resolution. Based on this terrible experience, I will not be shopping with Boots again, and I advise others to be cautious.

The shipping is very good and efficient.
The shoes are great and for some shoes you even get grip socks and bag

Support is really friendly

Excelent service

The quality is just good to be honest that was unexpected

I highly recommend them shipping is a bit long tho but u have to take that for the price and the quality.

Cleats are good, nice quality and overall good elites for only 99$

The best shop/website for cleats, absolutely reliable + support team is always in touch with you. The quality of cleats is GOATED and for me this shop/website is my favorite first and last soccer cleats shop! Thanks aloot 🙏🫂

Excellent cleats best qaulity and overall clean

Boots is fine but the delivery takes too long

Amazing cleats. Shipping was amazing.

the boot hace okay quality and the shipping makes it difficult to trace at first but if you want a good pair of boots that will last a year or two buy from this store

The boots are really good for the price and I’m so glad I picked up a pair of boots.

Do NOT buy boots from this site. Owner of the site started insulting me after I called him out on his fouls. Cleats take a month+ to arrive and just not a good trustworthy site overall. If I could give them a 0 stars I definitely would.

The prices are unbelievable and on WhatsApp you can reach them very easily The quality of the boots is flawless as wellm

Since the 23 of may 2026 I ordered the soccer cleats bape x f50 elite and since now I did not get any details about my cleats I need it now

Very disappointed with bootsdubai.us. It has now been 11 days since I placed my order and I still have not received any tracking number, shipping confirmation, or proper update. I contacted the team multiple times through WhatsApp and email and received no response at all.

At this point, the complete lack of communication is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase a company for basic order information after payment has already been taken.

Because of the silence and failure to provide tracking details, I am now requesting a full refund immediately. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will be escalating the matter through my payment provider and warning other buyers to be cautious.

This has easily been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve dealt with.

Never received my order. Wouldn't respond to my inquiries. Only after I contacted my bank about fraud did they attempt to respond.
