do not sell fake football boots under the original. write that they are a copy

The “Buy 2 Take 2” promotion seems misleading. I only received 2 items instead of 4. I contacted customer service and returned the items. After a week, the same items were sent back to me instead of a refund, and there was no explanation.

Customer service is very slow and not helpful to their customers. Please avoid ordering from this online store. It is a waste of time and money.

On february 17th i ordered my shoes and already payed and everything. They said delivery is gonna be from march 3rd to march 5th. Now its march 18th and i still havent even got a hint on where my order is. I tried contacting them and they just never respond. My shoes is literally no where to be seen and they have just taken my money. They are real scammers

I really loved the boots I received but customer service is a bit slow and took a month of time to receive my tracking number. But the boots made up for it

The prices are incredible and on whats app you can contact them very easily. The quality of the boots is perfect as well.

The cleats arrived in bad condition, the itiquette came out, I just touched it and the bottom was all scratched

If I could give them a negative 5 stars, I would. Days after I received my order I got an email from bootsdubai@outlook and some email with store+7024964408 and from #+1 (218) 778-3835 that I I had to submit a claim to get a refund and to say I didn’t get the shoes, because supposedly they hadn’t received my payment and 8 had to make a new payment through a paypal to an account. I said, no I am not doing that because I got the shoes and of course the payment was processed accordingly. The money was taken from my account and the shoes arrived ( very low quality to be honest for the price. They are not original) Then this person started threatening me, saying was going to call my local police to have me arrested and that I needed to pay for the shoes that I got. I contacted the bank and they said no issues were found with the payment and they had to contact the bank if the payment didn’t reflect on their end. This continued for several weeks, I replied I was going to go to my local police to file a report since they knew my address and I felt harassed and finally stopped threatening me.
