First of all, let’s set the record straight. Posting this review won’t stop people from trusting us—we have over 10,000 happy customers who can vouch for our reliability.

Secondly, your accusations are not accurate. We were fully prepared to ship your order, but you initiated a chargeback before we could. Despite this, we reached out and politely asked you to contact your bank to stop the dispute so we could proceed with your shipment. Instead of cooperating, you chose to escalate the situation unnecessarily.

We’d like to clarify that our email works perfectly—you can reach us anytime at bootsdubai@outlook.com. Additionally, we are available on multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and iMessage, so there are plenty of ways to get in touch with us.

We take pride in our transparency and customer service, and it’s unfortunate to see such claims. If you have any unresolved concerns, feel free to contact us directly.

You have already received a full refund from your bank, so it’s unclear why you’re here leaving a misleading review. Nonetheless, we wish you a good day and hope you find peace in your future shopping experiences.

Best,

Hey Javier,

We’re surprised to see this review, as we’ve always responded to your emails and WhatsApp messages promptly. We provided you with tracking details and kept you informed about the delay, which was due to the high volume of sales during the Christmas season.

Additionally, I can see that you received your order weeks ago. It’s disappointing to see this review despite our efforts to keep you updated throughout the process.

If there’s anything else you’d like to discuss, feel free to reach out.

Best,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We were expecting this feedback, as we have a record of the conversation you had with our WhatsApp customer service team.

To clarify, you never completed a purchase with us. Your order (#10387) was not finalized as payment was not made, despite us providing the payment link. Accusing us of being scammers while no transaction occurred is both misleading and unfair.

Regarding your threats about using your TikTok following to harm our reputation, we respectfully ask you to reconsider such actions. We value transparency and honesty in all customer interactions, and baseless accusations do not align with that.

Please note that this review will not affect the trust our loyal customers have in us. We remain committed to providing exceptional service and products.

We wish you all the best and hope for positivity and success in your future endeavors.

Sincerely,
The Boots Dubai Team
