I have always trusted Borrowell and any small issues in which I have had were quickly looked after!

I've been using Borrowell for years and it has kept me informed on the health of my credit. I've used the rent Advantage reporting and it is well worth it. I even reported the last 12 months as well. This has helped increase my credit score tremendously. They have given me a better idea on how to help improve further and it has worked wonders for me... their service is excellent, they reply quickly and guide me through when needed. thank you for helping me better my credit and allowing more in my own life. You have made a big difference, I'm very grateful

Borrowell has been extremely helpful in rebuilding credit. Wonderful customer service too!

Excellent experience! I am using 2 of their products: the rent advantage and the credit builder. So far, so smooth and professional. Every transaction is reported to the credit bureau on time. The help from the customer service is knowledgable and Swift.

The company looked after a glitch I had in my app right away. Under promised, saying perhaps three days. They fixed it in one day. Leo was great! Excellent communication! Thank You!

I have been with Borrowell for years now and I am extremely happy and confident with the opportunities I have been involved with. I have not had any issues and email has been perfect for me. They respond quickly with appropriate and constructive answers and advice. I have had excellent results with programs I have been involved in and I love how I can keep track of my score and reports. Very happy with the service I was provided. Helped with my credit score and had no issue at all closing my account early. Got my money back a couple days after it was confirmed closed. I would recommend Borrowell!

Hard to talk to someone, email is slow and I never get the issue solved with just one. Need a phone number.
Was tgiven 3 different reasons by 3 different people as to why my reminder emails stopped. I'm still waiting literally months later for them to tell me they have fixed the issue for me.
Yes it works, I assume it's through their credit builder or rent advantage, but I am excellent with my money as well, and now I can report my rent on my Koho bank account and get 2.5% back for having it come out of my account there. I can also have my rental company report my rent as paid so I have more options now. And, I can phone either of them!

I had a minor issue with the site that was not anyone's fault and the team addressed me immediately after I told them the problem and made me aware they were dealing with it promptly. They then followed up afterwards to let me know the issue had been rectified....I could not have asked for anything more than that

borewell seems to calculate my score 75 to 100 points lower than other services.
I feel like they might do this to pressure you into their many credit building services. They get paid by every provider that you apply to from their site.
I do not trust them so I canceled them.

This site helped me improve my credit score and matched equifax each time I checked - the rent advantage was golden and I appreciate the support
