This place is a scam please do don't go there and waste your hard earned money gods honest truth they will take your money and leave you looking awful I'm being honest this place needs to be shut down because they are lies

Beginning at the reception wih a friendly greeding. Alex,
is the finance officer, he listens regarding concerns and answers questions. Dr Cole enters and offers his suggestions. Later a restoration date is set.
During this time all the staff are friendly and provide any assistance. They and Dr. Cole know their business. I would recommend them and this procedure was completed at the Costa Mesa office. Lastly, I will return to do the rest of my hair. Yes, I am totally satified with the results.

I started to use bosley for women since August 2022 and I still have few left to take but I totally believe that i wasted my money for nothing, I didn't see hair growing my hair is still the same as before, I still need to use hair fiber to cover my bold spots. I wouldn't not recommend this product very disappointed. 😪

I told them on the first appointment that I cannot take Propecia and I had no results from years of Minoxidil. They recommended the hair transplant surgery which cost nearly $11,000. 2-3 years later almost all of the grafted hair has fallen out. I went back to them and the doctor's only option is to recommend Propecia our Minoxidil. If I could take Propecia, I was gotten that from my family doctor to begin with!! I went to bosley because I could not take Propecia and got no results from Minoxidil.
And "The Hockey Guarantee" that they tounted so much which was the reason I was trusted them to stand behind their work Is complete B.S.
Save your money and save yourself the pain of pointless surgery.

I had a transplant done in Atlanta in 2020. It is now 2023 and most of that hair has fallen out. It was good for about 1.5 years. However, who pays thousands of dollars to have hair for 1.5 years? Perhaps, I should have chosen the place Deion Sanders and Brian Urlacher chose because they still have their transplanted hair.

Nina was great! She is very knowledgable and her explanation of everything was extensive and helpful! She made me feel comfortable in setting an appointment for the procedure. Will update progress periodically once the FUE is done!

I had a 1,700 grafts done and it was all single strand hair, there was not 3 hairs in each follicles. I was told my hair would cover half of my scalp and have a strong hairline in front. Bosley is a scam, the doctor started my procedure then had two inexperienced females doing it after he left. While I was talking to them, they had no certificate or anything to make them be able to do the procedure on my head! They told me that I would get refunded for the hair grafts that didn’t take.

The entire staff from check in made me feel at ease and they were very informative about the procedure and called me after to check in. Very happy with the results.

I had a great experience at Bosley. Communication was top notch before, during and after my transplant. Very impressed with the surgeon, and the entire medical staff. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I was given outstanding care. They also worked with my schedule to get me scheduled as soon as possible. So glad I chose Bosley. Excited for my new hair

I did the FUE transplant just about a year ago and I am not happy with my results. They were supposed to do the whole top of my head and only covered barely a quarter of it even with a lot of grafs. The grafs weren't even placed correctly in and fell out when they did the rinse for the first time. Now that I had to go in for my year review, they don't want to cover the the top of the head where was supposed to have the new hair. They want me to do another FUE and pay for it. It's not happening because I'm not paying for another one that was expensive. I could of went to Turkey and did my surgery for more than 60% of the cost I paid for this. I only did it here because I thought they were giving a guarantee. That guarantee is invalid if a couple of hairs have grown. It makes no sense to get over 1200 grafs and don't even have half of that grown. I had friends that went other places and had a way better results with more bald spots than me. I will never recommend this place for a hair transplant.

Berny based in Miami is very professional in her job. She is respectful and caring. She made sure I understood the process. I would recommend her to anyone. Great job Berny and thank you.

I had treatment done one year ago at philadelphia facility and after one year I went for after treatment results. They really did the terrible job and i paid close to $10.000 for this treatment. Now they are asking me for more money for my satisfaction. They advertise for customer satisfactions but really what they want is just more money from you. Do not trust Bosley and make sure you get a guarantee contracts before you give them any money in advance.

Gary was phenomenal at helping me decide on my procedure. Very knowledgeable and made me comfortable. I left with an appointment and with excitement about the future.

Finally had my procedure scheduled at the Bosley in Houston Texas and I must give kudos to the staff assisting the doctor. On the other hand, Dr Feldman is EXTREMELY slow! I did not expect to be in the procedure for over 12 hours! I've had several other colleagues that have had similar procedures in Dallas and in New Orleans and they did not take this long!

Awful results. It's a lie. All of it. Please save your money.

Ok, back in 2021, I had my procedure done, I did get most of my hair back, however my reasoning for writing this review is for the Bosley guarantee. I thought that if some of the hair didn’t grow back or you weren’t completely satisfied, they will have you go through another procedure with little to no cost at all, but to my surprise, they quoted me over $11,000, $3000 more than the first procedure. I would definitely make sure they explain the guarantee to you and get it in writing. I wish I had done that!!! In the end , though I did get some hair back, it’s certainly NOT what I was hoping for. So it’s been over a month since they replied to my post back in June and asked for my contact information. Well here we are over a month later and no contact has been made, not really surprised!!

I see all these 5 star reviews on Bosley and I wonder :
Am I the only one that ran into incompetent doctors?
I had 3 procedures by now one in virginia with hair club and 2 in Georgia with Bosley and I still look bold after paying thousands of $$$. where are the good guys that know how to do their job and where all these good reviews come from coz I completely lost my confidence in these people.
I m close to Charlotte and I can t find even room for a consultation or Columbia and I m not going back to that incompetent dude In Atlanta that did me 3 years ago and ended up getting a lot less grafts than we talked about before the procedure so I ended up suffering again for nothing coz I don’t see myself with more hair after what he did .

Spent $5300 for hair transplanting..NOT ONE hair came up
Complained to them ..in person..they have no guarantee..it's a lie..shame on this company!

Appreciated prompt, professional responses interacting with representatives. Senior consultant was very knowledgeable with a sense of humor. Upfront and genuine answering questions making me feel confident with Bosley company.

Had 1300 transplanted..asked my hair guy..who has been cutting my hair for over 3 years.."how many have come up?"
"ZERO" he said.not one..$5300 out the door
anyone ever got their money back?
Bosley said.."they all came up"..
I said..where?
so much for their guarantee...it's worthless!
