We visited the bottle and glass for our daughter’s birthday dinner on Sunday 26th July we were impressed with the quality of food and customs service.
It was so nice to be waited on by Gemma who made our day so special with getting service with a smile Gemma was very helpful with choosing some of the food on the menu great knowledge
The food was very tasty so compliments to the chefs.
We will definitely be visiting again.

I cannot express how disappointing my last visit to the Bottle & Glass was! We were a family of 10 celebrating my daughters 40th birthday at 2pm in the afternoon with a lovey meal and a few drinks (apart from two of the main dishes being left, the meat was extremely tough with far too much chutney all over them). We ordered some lovely desserts but when the waitress came over and asked us all to be quiet we was all very surprised (we were talking and laughing) but we decided to cancel the deserts and leave to go somewhere else. This was my third time at the Bottle Glass but sadly my last. The pub was not very busy we were the only table on that side of the pub and cannot express how shocked we all were that you cannot go this pub during the day and celebrate with some laughter.

On Sunday, October 6th, 2019, we decided to have lunch at this place. The prices were on the high side. While the food itself was generally satisfying, the service left much to be desired, marked by an extended delay for our main course. When the ice cream dessert arrived, it was simply served in its container without any presentation efforts for my guest, lacking even a plate. Addressing this with the woman overseeing staff, we were met with a curt response that this was standard service, accompanied by a dismissive and argumentative demeanor. We won’t be coming back after this experience. As a result, we opted out of paying the considerable 12.5% service fee.

We had our daughter and son in laws wedding in the barn at the Bottle and Glass recently We were so impressed with all the staff and Lauren, the wedding planner. The food was fantastic - all on sharing plates which made for a relaxed vibe. Wonderful ingredients and good for both meat eaters and vegetarians Quite a few people said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! The staff could not have been more helpful , and this was also commented on by the wedding guests. Many thanks to all involved making this a wonderful Christmas wedding

It was nice to not be left to wait without having regular checks with the waiting staff and at the same time getting service with a smile.
The food was very tasty so compliments to the chefs.
We will definitely be visiting again.

After visiting henley on Thames we thought we would stop off for Sunday lunch in a country pub 😀 and we came across the bottle and glass inn in Binfield heath lovely food and good service but very expensive £35 for 2 courses but would recommend 😋

Waited an hour to see a waitress ordered drinks at the bar as no one came ordered a starter and two mains starter never came then came after the meal would never set foot in here again no apology no offer of a coffee or anything no customer service whatsoever

Great visit to the Bottle and Glass new years eve with family, food excellent service and staff spot on, prompt service no long waits for drinks or food we have been to this pub restaurant loads of times now and it's always excellent looking forward to the next visit.

Where shall we start...no.one tells you that your booking doesn't exist as they have changed there minds when they do breakfasts.
Just found out yet again our breakfast is canx ..only because we asked
Sarah is lovely great customer service .
As for Charlotte.definetley lacks customer service skills..have this.opjnion more than once having booking issues and general service.
Tapas no way as good as.last year. Less choice. Cold food served.
All in all very dissatisfied with the general service.
New management new staff is the excuses...really.this should improve things and so far it isn't.such a shame.

We had Sunday lunch here. 6th Oct 19.
Expensive.
The food in general was good, the service not good,
long wait for second course.
Ice cream dessert came in a tub and plonked in front of my guest,
no plate ,no effort on presentation, just 'plonked'.
We mentioned this to the women supervisor who said' that's
how it comes' !Her attitude was rude was argumentative.
Return? no not again.
We left and did not pay the high service charge.12.5%.
